Jesse James and reality star Kat Von D have called off their engagement and split.

Von D Tweeted, "I am no longer w Jesse, and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I'd like to share."

James, 42, and Von D, 29, were planning a summer wedding. They had been together for less than a year.

Their romance was documented on the upcoming season of Von D's reality show on TLC. James lives outside of Austin, Texas, with his children, while Von D shoots her reality show in Los Angeles, where her tattoo shop is.

James began dating Von D only months after his divorce from Sandra Bullock.

X17online got exclusive pics of Lindsay Lohan partying at Paris Hilton's Malibu beach house on Sunday, and we caught her hanging out with ... and hanging on to ... a mystery man.

Well, mystery solved: the guy is Australian actor Brett Tucker, 39. He's a paltry 14 years older than Lohan, 25.

Lindsay spent the day smoking and partying at Hilton's home, then left with Tucker. She held on to him as the two walked out, including putting her hands on his shoulders (above.)

Tucker is reportedly quite the ladies man, though he's had a hard time making it big in the U.S. -- the actor has only been able to land bit parts on TV shows like CSI and the now-canceled ABC series Off the Map. This will certainly raise his profile!

Justin, 17, got tattooed with his dad, Jeremy Bieber, 38. The singer's dad held his hand through the process, and the two managed to look stoic as they showed off their new wrapped-up tattoos.

The religious piece is actually their second set of matching father-son body art. When Justin was just 16, he got an outline of the Jonathan Seagull bird on his hip to match the one his dad has.

Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and reality starlet Kristin Cavallari suddenly called off their engagement Sunday, and now Cutler is coming out on defense for his former fiancee.

According to The Chicago Tribune, Cutler confirming the split via his Facebook page on Monday, writing:

"Thank you all for the support, but if you talk bad about Kristin I will delete and block you. It's unnecessary and heartless."

He also changed his relationship status to "Single."

Cutler continued:

"Also, don't say now I can play football, I could play football when I had her compared to when I don't. Football is the least of my worries, so have some respect."

Cutler, 28, and Cavallari, 24, had been engaged for four months and together for about 10 months. They were planning a spring wedding, and Cavallari intended to move to Chicago for the upcoming NFL season.

Rumor has it that Cutler was too possessive of Cavallari. A source close to the couple told X17online exclusively: "Jay and his family were making fun of Kristin's dad's height a lot, and she got sick of it. That combined with a few other compatibility issues, lead them to break off the engagement."

Cavallari Tweeted on Sunday night to her fans: "Thanks for the support. Love u guys."

Yeah, but it's easy to say when you're not the one whose feet are this big! It turned into like a really difficult time."
