Ashley Tisdale can't stop smiling, and it may have something to do with her new blonde 'do!

Even though she's got it covered up here with a ball cap and hoodie, the Disney star has been spotted flaunting her new hair all over LA, and looking fab while doing it.

We caught up with Tisdale as she exited Planet Blue in Beverly Hills, after stocking up on a few essentials before she leaves for Las Vegas this weekend.

Ash is hosting a birthday bash at PURE Nightclub on Friday, and then a pool party at the Venus Pool Club on Sunday.

Blondes really do have more fun!!

The 2011 Emmy nominations for primetime television highlighted new programs like Kate Winslet's HBO mini-series Mildred Pierce, which snagged 21 nods.

The cable network's Game of Thrones picked up 13 noms, including outstanding drama series and a nomination for Peter Dinklage for best supporting actor in a drama.

Shows named in the drama category were Boardwalk Empire, Friday Night Lights, Dexter, Game of Thrones, The Good Wife and Mad Men.

Glee is up for best comedy series, along with The Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, The Office, Parks and Recreation and 30 Rock. The Office's Steve Carell, who left the show this season, is up for best lead actor in a comedy series. He's been nominated for the past five years and has yet to win.

Best reality show nominees include The Amazing Race, American Idol, Dancing With the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, Project Runway and Top Chef.

Nicky Hilton knows how to turn a sidewalk into a runway!

The hotel heiress sported a jade floral-printed Blu Moon kimono jacket, bright purple J Brand 811 mid-rise jeans, a black Proenza Schouler PS1 bag, and black cut-out heels while shopping in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

Unlike many celebs, Nicky's not afraid to be photographed wearing her fave items over and over again. She wore the bright $176 skinnies to the “Spring into Summer” Beauty Event at the Melrose Place Fredric Fekkai Salon in California back in May. Then four days ago, she was snapped frolicking on the beach in Malibu with her sister Paris Hilton wearing the exact same $120 top.

According to Paris' Twitter, the two had a lot of fun showing off their fashionable looks over the weekend:

"Just went surfing. I love being in the ocean, so much fun! What a beautiful day! Malibu rocks!"

As for Nicky's $1,595 handbag? We can't even count the amount of times she's been snapped dressing that accessory up or down.

Bad news for Gleeks!

The hit show's creator, Ryan Murphy, recently revealed to the Hollywood Reporter Lea Michele, Chris Colfer and Cory Monteith will not be returning for Glee's 4th season.

These guys are the heart of the series, and we can't imagine Glee without them. But Murphy has a more realistic view of his characters, and wants to see them grow up and on from the Glee.

Murphy tells THR:

"You can keep them on the show for six years and people will criticize you for not being realistic, or you can be really true to life and say when they started the show they were very clearly sophomores and they should graduate at the end of their senior year."

The Golden Globe winner also assures fans that Chris and Lea, "thought that was a good idea to go out while they were on top."

Is this the beginning of the end for Glee?

They have arrived!

Angelina Jolie ushered adorable little Shiloh (check out that missing tooth!) and Zahara, through LAX, as they arrived in LA looking a little sleepy.

Jolie and the girls are back from Europe, while brad's having boy time with Pax and Maddox in Mexico.

It's been widely reported Brad and Angie are gearing up to tie the knot this summer, most likely at their Chateau Miraval in Correns, France, which came equip with its own 16th-century chapel, of course.

Apparently taking the big leap is something their six kids keep begging them to do, and they may have finally given in. Pitt opened up to USA Today in May, expressing: "The kids ask about marriage. It's meaning more and more to them. So it's something we've got to look at."

We'd love to see Brangelina finally make it "official"!

Lindsay, 25, is the cover girl for the latest issue of Plum Miami Magazine ... but there's not much of a cover story. Apparently, Lindsay did a photo shoot with the mag (see video above and X17's photos below), but then backed out of the accompanying interview. So, writer Jacquelynn Powers is speaking out about Lindsay's behavior on set ... and she wasn't impressed.

Powers recalls Lindsay's arrival at the shoot:

"As we pulled up to the Fontainebleau, a bright-orange parking cone was blocking the entrance. Not accustomed to waiting, apparently, she lowered the car's window and shouted, 'Move that cone. I'm Lindsay Lohan.' And it was done."

She says Lindsay drank wine while talking about sobriety, and was "constantly looking for drama, whether it was picking a fight with her younger sister...or freaking out over a lost pair of Zanotti heels."

And when talk turned to her career, Lindsay was mad that she hadn't gotten a certain Oscar-winning role! Powers says Lindsay told her she "took ballet until she was 19 and was indignant that she was not considered for the movie Black Swan."

Powers says Plum covered all of Lindsay's expenses, including travel and penthouse accommodations for Lindsay, her family and her entourage. But when it was time for them to leave ...

"Monday morning was supposed to be check-out time, but Lindsay and her posse refused to leave. It was like watching the lights come on at a nightclub after-hours -- not pretty."

While hubby Tom Cruise is in Miami filming Rock of Ages, Katie Holmes is taking advantage of her alone time ... grabbing lunch at Bouchon Bistro in Beverly Hills. Looks as though daughter Suri stayed home with a sitter. Lucky mama!

Wearing mom jeans, a loose-fitting top and aviator shades, the 32-year-old actress kept it casual. Such a natural beauty.

Speaking of keeping it natural, Tom's wifey recently opened up about the possibility of one day going under the knife. Katie tells People:

"I'll have to figure it out. But I don't think I'm ever going to do my lips -- my sisters would kill me!"

We think Khloe Kardashian looked hypnotic at the HPNOTIQ Harmone launch party in New York City Tuesday.

But Khloe apparently thinks otherwise! She wrote on her blog, "The only downfall of the night was that the red carpet room was a sauna!!!! I was sweating like a whore in church ... "
