International soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo arrived in LA this week, and he didn't forget to pack his hair gel!

The handsome footballer had his hair done and a smile on as he greeted fans outside of The Beverly Hills Hotel, where he's staying.

Ronaldo, 26, is in town for the Herbalife World Football Challenge, an international friendly soccer tournament that runs July 13 to August 6. Also playing are David Beckham, Landon Donovan and more. At the press conference, Beckham's teammates congratulated him on his new baby daughter -- too cute!

Apparently Sharon Osbourne has been inspired by Catherine Kieu Becker, the Southern California woman who made headlines Tuesday for cutting off her husband's penis.

Ms. Ozzy hit Madeo in West Hollywood for dinner Tuesday night, where she told our photog that she would help Arnold Schwarzenegger lighten his load ... literally ... by chopping off his philandering member.

Of course, Sharon says it so much funnier than we ever can ... watch the vid to see her explain her whole plan, including what she'd do with the Govenator's "willy" after she removed it ... yikes!

Mel Gibson has been called anti-Semitic and homophobic, but his brother, who is gay, is defending the actor.

"I've never heard anything anti-gay come out of his mouth," says Andrew Gibson, 43, of Mel, 55, in an interview with The Sunday Times.

"When I heard them (the accusations) I just thought, 'That isn't Mel.' ... He has never said anything abusive, aggressive or racist in his life. ... I just had to turn the TV off and turn it to the wall for two weeks so I didn't have to listen. The rest of the family did the same."

"He never meant to upset anyone," Andrew says "I have never once heard anything anti-gay come out of his mouth."

Andrew told the Times that when he came out age 22, it was "terrifying," but Mel was there for him, telling Andrew: "It's not my choice, but I love you and you're my brother."

Years ago, when promoting Braveheart, Gibson infamously said, " ... with this look, who’s going to think I’m gay? It would be hard to take me for someone like that. Do I sound like a homosexual? Do I talk like them? Do I move like them?”

Lindsay Lohan and celebrity photographer Tyler Shields are not only good friends, but the two make magic together when it comes to photo shoots.

And, she's got her man -- Jason Statham. Rumor has it the two are thinking about moving in together. Rosie recently said in an interview that while she was filming for Transformers, action star Jason sent her gel pads to wear so she wouldn't get hurt during stunts! Cute!

Looks like their age difference isn't keeping Nick Jonas, 18, from getting serious with girlfriend Delta Goodrem, 26!

First, the two took a tropical trip together, now she's meeting the family!

Nick took Delta to Villa Blanca restaurant in Beverly Hills Tuesday night (the celeb hotspot owned by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Lisa Vanderpump) for dinner where his mom, Denise, was celebrating her 45th birthday. Nick's younger brother, Frankie, aka The Bonus Jonas, was also there.

The two were first spotted out together in mid-May.

Nick was a total gentleman with Delta; he bought her a rose and helped her into their car first. Love it!
