Too funny! In this trailer for the Emmy nominee announcements (does everything have a trailer nowadays?!?) Community star Joel McHale trains Bridesmaids and Mike and Molly star Melissa McCarthy on how to be the best announcer she can be.

Tasks include catching a chicken, being totally numb to the cuteness of a puppy and a boxing match. Hilarious!

McHale made the announcements last year, and this year it's McCarthy and Joshua Jackson on Thursday at 5:35 a.m. PST. Wake up ... or McHale will kick your butt!

Halle Berry has been granted a restraining order against Richard Franco, 27, who was arrested for trespassing on her property. Franco must now stay at least 100 yards away from the Oscar-winning actress and her daughter Nahla.

In a sworn declaration, Berry said the following:

“This person has jeopardized not only my personal safety, but also the safety and well-being of my family. This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have, and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do to me or those I love.”

According to police, Franco has been seen at Berry's home at least three times. Franco will be back in court for a hearing on August 1 to determine whether the restraining order will be extended for three more years.

Ryan Reynolds is on the move romantically with gorgeous 35-year-old actress Charlize Theron, according to Us.

A source tells the mag that the two "have been dating for months! They're exclusive, and it's very hush-hush." Talk about a sexy twosome!

Witnesses also claim the Green Lantern star's motorcycle was parked outside Theron's home all morning on June 5 ... and the two didn't leave the house until 3pm.

The Victoria's Secret Angel doesn't have a nanny, and admits she gets such separation anxiety that she has to have baby Flynn sleep in bed with her, and hubby Orlando Bloom, at bedtime.

"We spent every minute together, morning and night, for those weeks before I went back to work. He sleeps in our bed every night. I never want to let him go," Kerr confessed to Australia's Daily Telegraph.

The sassy songstress stopped by The Grove on Tuesday (in a shirt from her Abbey Dawn line) to chat with Mario Lopez, and promote her upcoming performance on America's Got Talent.

Lavigne will help kick off the live shows for Talent by performing “What the Hell” and “Smile” during the live results show, tonight.

Lavigne has been enjoying a very busy summer with her Black Star tour in South America.

Ali Larter has such enviably luscious locks!

The sexy star looked like she was about to shoot a shampoo commercial as she exited the salon in a sheer LBD that showed off her pre-baby bod in all the right places.

Larter gave birth to baby Theodore on Dec. 22, and the Heroes star credits yoga and pilates for whipping her back in to fighting form, as well as hiking outside with baby Theo.

Larter recently expressed of getting her workout on in the great outdoors: "You can walk for an hour or two hours. The fresh air is so important. Get yourself outside, get yourself in nature when you can."

Patrick Schwarzenegger is just like every other teenager -- almost!

The adorable 17-year-old has landed a summer job working security at The Grove to earn some extra cash, courtesy of the mall's owner, Rick Caruso.

Apparently the property tycoon is a long time friend of the Schwarzenegger fam, and when Patrick announced he wanted to pursue a career in shopping management and design, Caruso hired him on the spot.

During his internship at the Grove, Patrick will be shown the ropes of running a luxury mall, and is expected to learn everything from security issues and public relations, to problem solving and promotions.

He also got to hang with Paris Hilton, Avril Lavigne, Nick Cannon and Dancing With The Stars' Mark Ballas when they stopped by Tuesday, which must have been the best part of the internship for Patrick!

And the worst part? Well, like every other teenager, look like his parents check up on him -- dad Arnold Schwarzenegger stopped by while Patrick was working Tuesday!

The promo premiered tonight on Fox during the MLB All-Star game, and it looks like there's some major talent about to make it big. Judges Antonio "L.A." Reid and Nicole Scherzinger, Cole's replacement, also show us their stuff in the ad.

X Factor judge Paula Abdul said of shooting the commercial with Cowell: “Simon says that I inspired him for the whole idea. I don’t know what that means. I don’t know if it is a compliment or an insult. It’s probably an insult, but it was funny. We were laughing very hard.”
