Paris and Todd's hot holiday romance is really heating up!

The sexy twosome met for brunch at healthy Malibu restaurant, Plate, before heading out together for a long day of 4th of July partying at the beach.

Hilton seemed to be spending most of her time on her phone at the party, but cell service in those Malibu beach homes can be quite spotty, after all.

A source close to the couple tells X17online exclusively:

"Paris and Todd have been inseparable since their first date last week. Paris thinks Todd is hilarious and he thinks she's drop dead gorgeous. They have a great time together and laugh all the time."

We've caught Hilton and the Hangover director getting up close and personal all weekend, hitting up fancy LA eateries, clubs and parties alike.

We think Paris would be great in Hangover 3! After a year of dating, could Hilton be totally over Cy Waits already?

The sexy country songstress spent her weekend planning a Malibu beach party, and Tweeting hot photos of herself, one with the caption, "CURVES....They are there LOL", to shoot down criticisms she's too thin.

The ultra-fit star frolicked on the beach snapping shots of her step-kids and their friends, while hubby Eddie Cibrian battled the waves with a surfboard and paddle.

Rimes also got a bit of good news on her Independence holiday. The star revealed via Twitter: "So honored Macy's 4th Of July special used one my version of Amazing Grace. Thank you".

Now that she's been so spoiled with private jets, how can Suri ever fly commercial?

After Tom Cruise's 49th birthday festivities came to a close in Miami, Katie Holmes and Suri boarded a private jet back to LA Monday.

The adorable pair looked anxious to get back to west coast as they hurried through the airport with private escorts, bodyguards, and entourage in tow.

The pair were in Miami to visit Tom on the set of his upcoming flick, Rock of Ages, and Katie hosted a lavish surprise birthday (July 3) for the 49-year-old at the Soho House.

Sources confirm to X17 that the two are seeing each other, even though Paris recently told us she's not looking for a new man!

Hilton/Phillips have been spotted out together tons lately -- they were seen kissing at The Roosevelt Hotel last week, and we caught up with them Sunday night at a pre-July 4 party!

Paris, 30, wasn't hiding her face from cameras ... she seems proud of Phillips, 40, whose films also include The Hangover: Part II, Road Trip and Starsky & Hutch.

X17 caught up with Ozzy Osbourne in Brentwood on Sunday, and the rocker is looking like his classic self, rocking tattoos and a white tee.
