A slimmed-down Kirstie Alley looks like she's maintaining her figure post-Dancing With the Stars. While she didn't win the competition, she certainly won a bit of a career comeback thanks to the show!

Alley, 60, dropped several dress sizes from working out and dancing for the show, and she looks great in this cute trench in NYC.

Justin Bieber was tackled by an unidentified man at Macy's Herald Square in Manhattan Thursday. Bieber was at the store to debut his new perfume, Someday, and was jumped when he went outside to greet fans.

A man jumped over a metal barrier and knocked Bieber to the ground. A local affiliate has the story (above). Justin is said to be alright, just shaken up.

According to some online reports, the individual was actually an undercover police officer who was trying to protect the Biebs.

Star Trek's Chris Pine and comedian Dane Cook decided to work on their fitness together by going for a hike in their Los Feliz neighborhood. We have to say ... they both look mighty fine!

Next time, maybe it'll be hot enough for these two hunks to run shirtless. Time to pray for sun.

Nicole Richie looked cute as she left the gym in Studio City, Calif., Wednesday. We're loving her hat -- great way to put the hair up after a workout!

Richie had a busy week. Monday she hit up Britney Spears' concert, and Tuesday she said hi to former BFF Paris Hilton at an event for Samantha Ronson's sister, Charlotte, at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

The former 98 Degrees singer, who will soon be marrying Vanessa Minnillo, has listed his $5.9 million Bel Air bachelor pad for sale. The 4,700-sq.-ft. estate boasts four bedrooms, large pool and an insane view of Los Angeles.

A planned Lifetime special covering Hugh Hefner's wedding to playmate Crystal Harris was canceled after Harris abruptly called off the June 18 ceremony, but now it's back on ... with a twist.

Hugh Hefner Tweeted Wednesday:

"The marriage special planned for Lifetime TV is now going to have a "runaway bride" theme & will air in July. ... Holly and Kendra were here today lending their emotional support as we shot [the special]."

Leave it to Hugh Hefner to find the light in a dark bedroom.

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, seemed frustrated during a press conference after Lindsay's court appearance Thursday morning.

"She has done nothing wrong," Holley said. "I feel like you guys are all disappointed to hear that."

Holley indicated that Lohan has been subjected to particularly harsh punishment for her crimes.

"It’s a four-year-old DUI case ... I can’t think of anyone who has been subjected to the sort of conditions she’s been subjected to. That’s all water under the bridge, I'm not complaining."

Lohan appeared in court after alcohol was detected in a urine test she took a few weeks ago. Holley said that Lohan was not in violation of her probation; that she was not supposed to be tested currently, and that back when she was being tested earlier this year it was only for controlled substances -- not alcohol.

Lohan was given no jail time -- the judge simply said she was guilty of poor judgment and ruled that she is only allowed one friend visiting her at a time while she finishes her house arrest.

When asked about the fact that Lohan has told the media she allows no alcohol in her home and is 100 percent sober, Holley would not respond and left the conference.

Lindsay Lohan will not go to jail after appearing at an LA courthouse Thursday morning -- the result of alcohol being found in a urine test she took a few weeks ago.

X17 was live at the courthouse, where Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told reporters:

“Lindsay Lohan is in compliance with the terms and conditions of her probation … her electronic monitoring … the rules and laws of the state of California."

Holley explained that Lindsay was not even supposed to be tested currently, and that back when she was being tested, alcohol was not a part of it.

"She’s not supposed to be tested at all. Alcohol is a legal substance. It’s not a violation of her probation. ... The terms and conditions of her probation were that she was not to be tested at all after February 25, and during the time she was supposed to be tested, it was for controlled substances -– not alcohol."

"Even if she drank alcohol, she’s permitted to drink alcohol in her home. Drinking alcohol is legal."
