Joe Francis says he doesn't gamble anymore, but he thinks his fellow millionaires should have the right to.

Actor Tobey Maguire was accused this week of being involved in an underground, unlicensed poker ring that also involved A-listers like Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.

X17 caught up with Francis outside Hollywood hot spots Katsuya, where he told reporters that the ring has "been going on for a while." Check out the video to see what else he said!

Jason "Wee Man" Acuna, star of Jackass, is honoring the memory of his co-star Ryan Dunn with a tattoo of the 34-year-old actor's face smoking a cigarette.

Acuna put his new tat on this lower leg. On his Twitter account, Wee Man posted the above video saying the following:

"After Ryan passed away, [I asked] how can I do something for Ryan? Well, it's something he'd probably do for anyone of us if it was one of us in the situation. I'm going to get him tattooed on me. Yep, that's what I'm going to do."

Dunn and his passenger, Zachary Hartwell, were killed earlier this week after the 34-year-old star lost control of his Porsche while going at least 130 mph ... eventually crashing into a tree. The sports car burst into flames upon impact. Toxicology results show that Dunn was drunk at the time of the crash.

Lindsay Lohan has arrived at the Airport Branch Courthouse in Los Angeles... after reportedly failing an alcohol test.

Lohan, who has been under house arrest, was sentenced back on April 22 to 120 days in jail for violating her probation.

Wearing black pants, a button up shirt and her blonde hair in a ponytail, showed up at the Airport Courthouse at 9:45am ... ahead of her scheduled 10am arrival.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (aka Will and Kate) have released a new, official royal photo taken in honor of their 2011 Royal Tour to Canada as news breaks that their wedding raised $1.7 million for charity.

The Royal Wedding Charitable Gift Fund, a fund Will and Kate set up for donations in lieu of wedding gifts, raised $1.7 million that will be distributed to various charities chosen by the couple, St. James' Palace said.

The total included both direct donations and revenue from wedding-related projects, such as Mario Testino donating money from the sales of the photograph he took of Will and Kate that was printed in their official wedding brochure.

William and Kate, both 29, will embark on their first official tour as a married couple this summer. They'll be in Canada June 30 through July 8. Sounds like a busy schedule!

On July 8, they'll head to Los Angeles for a two-day trip that will include a polo match for charity, a visit with war veterans, a star-studded BAFTA event and more.

Pop star Sean Kingston has been released from Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital following his jet ski accident on May 29. The wreck resulted in the 21-year-old singer suffering a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs.

Kingston recently Tweeted the following:

"Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!"

The performer's 23-year-old female passenger was also hospitalized, but was released soon after.

At the last minute, Lindsay Lohan canceled an interview she had planned with The Today Show's Matt Lauer for Thursday morning.

Lauer addressed it at the end of the show's story on Lindsay (watch video above). Lauer seemed a bit miffed and mystified, but now it's become clear why Lohan pulled the plug: she had failed a urine test for alcohol.

We're guessing she didn't want to do an interview on how well she was doing with staying on the wagon when she knew it would come out that she'd flunked. Lohan submitted to the tests 2 weeks ago; they were negative for drugs.

NBC had asked to license significant amounts of photo and video on Lindsay from X17, but canceled the request at the last minute.

Lindsay must appear in court today at 10 AM PT. X17 will be live at the courthouse to bring you the most up-to-date news!
