Colombian singer Shakira looks thrilled to be in Paris. With a sexy boyfriend like soccer stud Gerard Pique, it's no wonder she's so happy!

After leaving the Ritz Hotel, the 34-year-old singer and her much taller BF arrived at the Le Bourget airport. After spending time greeting and taking pictures with her fans, Shakira and Gerard headed off to their private jet.

We have a feeling Mr. Pique has his ladylove's video "Rabiosa" on repeat. In the video, she plays a ridiculously sexy stripper. Enough said.

An LA judge ruled Wednesday that Charlie Sheen's multi-million dollar lawsuits will not go to trial.

Charlie Sheen vs. Warner Bros. TV and Charlie Sheen Vs. Two And A Half Men co-creator Chuck Lorre must be settled in arbitration (outside of court), the judge said. Warner Bros. had argued that Sheen's $100 million lawsuit against it over his firing from Two And A Half Men had to be handled in arbitration per the actor's contract.

Sheen's attorney, Marty Singer, had demanded a public trial. Sheen was hoping to get the public on his side through information that came out in the trial. The case certainly would have been a media circus, especially since approval had been given for video cameras inside the courtroom.

Looks like Rachel Zoe is back to her pre-baby weight, but we're not surprised. The fashionable new mama is known for her stylish wardrobe and her ultra-thin frame.

Zoe and her newborn son Sklyer Morrison hit up the nail salon together in Beverly Hills. Rachel made sure to hold on tight to her little bundle while making her way to the nail station. After getting her nails done, Ms. Zoe took an afternoon stroll with a young friend. Love the colorful stroller!

Joe Jonas looked buff in Hollywood Tuesday ... he was almost busting out of a tight checkered shirt!

The singer is back in LA after hitting up Chicago for radio station B96's annual summer bash. Jonas has been unusually lady-less lately; the Jonas brother is known as the casanova of the three, having dated Taylor Swift, Ashley Greene, Demi Lovato and more.

But it's younger bro Nick Jonas, 18, who is making headlines thanks to his summer romance with Australian singer Delta Goodrem, 26!

Dr. Conrad Murry, Michael Jackson's former personal doctor -- accused of involuntary manslaughter after he admitted to administering a lethal dose of the sedative Propofol to the singer -- is ready to clear the record and clear his name in a book he claims will prove his innocence.

A source tells X17 Murray is shopping a book that will explain his relationship with Michael and delve into the medical details behind his treatment of the singer. We're told there will be details about the Propofol, about Michael's insurance policy with concert promoter AEG and about Michael's final moments during which Murray allegedly failed to perform CPR properly and, allegedly, made other phone calls before calling 911 when Jackson appeared not to be breathing.

Meanwhile, our source says Murray is writing the book not only to clear his name amid the pending trail in which he faces a possibly four-year prison term if he's found guilty, he's also doing it to counter another book he says is in the works, that aims at destroying the doctor's credibility and blaming him fully for Jackson's death.

Murray is said to be immensely worried about his legacy and how history will treat him -- another impetus for him to write a book: "Conrad wants his son to see that his dad was innocent. He doesn't want his boy to grow up thinking his dad was a murderer," the source tells X17online exclusively.

A court of law, however, will be charged with making that legal decision. A judge and jury will hear Murray's case in September now that a judge postponed the trial. The jury selection process that was already underway will likely be thrown out and all 171 potential jurors dismissed so a new selection process can start September 8, with opening statements expected on the 20th.

In the latest issue of Playboy, Justin Timberlake defends his ex, Britney Spears.

It seems like forever ago that the two dated ... they were together from 1999 - 2002, when Timberlake, now 30, and Spears, now 29, were in their late teens.

Even though they reportedly broke up because Spears cheated on Timberlake with a dancer, Justin defended Britney when asked about his former flame's current state.

"I can't remember the last conversation I had with her. But this thing that happens online bothers me -- these anonymous commenters. People think they can say anything and it doesn't matter to people. I'd love to see the people who comment about Britney online say those things to her face, because they couldn't."

Strange that they never run into each other, but sweet that he came to her defense!

Timberlake was also asked about an online video comparing Spears' current dance abilities to her routines from years ago. He said:

"The internet is a cruel place. What a f--ed-up thing to do. In Britney's defense, if you pulled up a video I did from 2003, I couldn't do the sh-t I did then either."
