The heiress stepped out to run some errands in LA on Tuesday, and she donned a pair of flip flops that perfectly showed off a rather strange quirk -- her middle toe is longer than her big toe!

But who's really paying attention to her feet, unless they're decked out in killer couture shoes?

Miss Hilton is so gorgeous (and rich!) we doubt anyone really cares how long her toes are.

New daddy Carey Hart may be a rough motocross superstar, but that doesn't stop Pink's hubby from getting all excited about toting the baby carrier!

Baby Willow Sage Hart is nearly two weeks old, and she must be an easy baby -- her superstar parents look so well rested.

Pink expressed via her Twitter after Willow was born: "She's gorgeous, just like her daddy." Awwww.

Dean McDermott was not excited about a certain photographer hanging outside his home, and he didn't hesitate to confront the guy!

It seemed things were going well during Dean's discussion with the random camera guy, until something ticked McDermott off and he walked away, flipping the photog the bird as he left.

While reality stars McDermott and Tori Spelling usually love the cameras, they've been a bit shy since the pregnant 90210 star got into an accident because of "camera attention".

Apparently Tori was running from the photogs when she got in her crash, but it's kinda hard to imagine Tori and/or Dean ever running from the cameras!

Hilary Duff's beloved pup recently had a medical emergency that could have been fatal. The Beauty and the Briefcase actress recently Tweeted: "Hi, Please say prayers for my little pup Lola! She is having seizure over and over and I am basically having a nervous break down. This sucks."

Luckily things started to turn around for the stars dog, with Duff Tweeting an update: "Oh I seriously love you guys! Thank you for all the sweet messages. She is on a medication now and hopefully it will start to work."

It's a baby boy for Natalie Portman and fiancé Benjamin Millepied!

The Oscar winner has welcomed a son, her rep tells PEOPLE, but all other details (including the name!) have yet to be released.

Portman and Millepied met on the set of Black Swan (he was a dance choreographer/costar) and they announced they were engaged, and expecting, last December.

When Natalie won her Best Actress Oscar this year for Black Swan, she thanked Millepied for giving her the "greatest role of all".

Congrats to the happy pair!

Lindsay Lohan is taking advantage of her house arrest with frequent layout sessions on the balcony of her Venice beach pad. No doubt, she's been enjoying her electronic cigarettes!

Lilo is currently on house arrest after being sentenced to jail for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice jewelry store. Instead of being sent to the slammer, the 24-year-old actress gets to serve her 35-day sentence at home on the beach.

Jennifer Lopez was in France Tuesday to perform on the country's version of The X Factor, and she looked gorgeous in a pearl mini-dress!

J. Lo has made it clear that when it comes to singing competition shows, even though she's a judge on American Idol, she's not tied to it. In a new interview with BBC Radio, Lopez told the station she is "very on the fence" about whether she'll return for another season of Idol. She said:

"I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it but I have a lot other things happening, and it's going to come down to me making a choice of what I want to do for the next year ..."

Lopez signed a one-year contract with the show last August for $12 million. According to various reports, fellow judge Steven Tyler made $18 million, so J.Lo may be trying to get more money by holding out. Tyler is signed on for another year.

The expecting X-Men: First Class actress left the studio with her pink yoga mat and water in hand. Great to see her staying healthy!
