Kim Kardashian is threatening to sue over claims that she cheated on fiance Kris Humphries, but she's trying to stay upbeat during the accusations.

Newly engaged Kim Tweeted on Wednesday:

"Remember, people only rain on your parade because they're jealous of your sun & tired of their shade"

Jennifer Aniston is putting her hot and heavy relationship with Justin Theroux on hold for a minute and focusing on her movie career.

The former Friends star left the Kodak Studios in Hollywood driving her Range Rover. Meanwhile Justin was kickin' it solo at Chateau Marmont wearing his favorite "anarchy" shirt.

Aniston stars opposite Paul Rudd and current beau Justin in the upcoming flick Wanderlust, due out this October (that's where she and Justin met.) But before then, she has comedy Horrible Bosses out this summer.

Earlier this week, Jen was seen sporting some bling on her ring finger. Perhaps she's getting the marriage itch! Mr. Theroux is a hottie, so we wouldn't blame her!

Kim Kardashian has taken to her website to address allegations that she cheated on fiance Kris Humphries. New England Patriots player Bret Lockett claimed that Kim pursued him and flirted with him via text message while dating Kris. Kim is firing back, saying:

"I knew when I got engaged that rumors and false stories were going to start, but this is RIDICULOUS!!!!

This guy [Lockett] should be ashamed of himself. Calling up a magazine and making up an entirely fake story in a sad attempt to ruin my relationship!?!?! ... Is this your pathetic attempt for attention? I’ll be damned if anyone, especially some loser I’ve never even met, is going to try to come between Kris and me. ...

The text messages the magazine claims I sent this guy are pathetic. ‘Why don’t you put in effort to try and make me your girlfriend doll?” I would never talk like that to a guy. ...

It makes me sick to my stomach that any one can call up a magazine, tell an entirely fake story, provide fake proof, and the magazine will go ahead and run it ... The tabloids and weekly magazines will do ANYTHING to sell copies, and in this case they decided to run a false story, knowing they had absolutely no proof that it was real."

Kim also said she would "take legal action" against InTouch and Lockett.

Reality star Kendra Wilkinson and family kept cool in the hot LA sun thanks to drinks and comfy clothes. Kendra stayed casual, going without makeup and wearing athletic shorts (they probably belong to athlete hubby Hank!)

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian touched down at LAX airport Tuesday night -- they were returning from a trip to NYC. We caught up with them and Khloe revealed who will be sister Kim's maid of honor -- so, is it her or Kourtney?

"Both of us!" she said. Guess that makes Kylie and Kendall bridesmaids. Khloe also talked about her nipple slip on Fox News Tuesday, and told our reporter how hubby Lamar felt about it!

"It's not embarrassing. It's not my vagina. ... Trust me -- he [Lamar] loves my nipples more than I do."

Hopefully there will be a wedding ... online reports Wednesday claim that Kim cheated on Kris!

Sienna Miller has received an apology from Britain's newspaper News of the World for an incident that happened back in the mid-2000s in which the publication admitted to illegally intercepting her private phone messages in order to publish stories.

The apology states that NOTW "acknowledges that the information should never have been obtained in the manner it was” and that “the private information should never have been published." It goes on to say NOTW "has accepted responsibility for misuse of private information, breach of confidence and harassment.”

In addition to the apology, the publcation has also reportedly agreed to pay Sienna's legal fees which amount to nearly $165,000.

Four other hacking victims have come forward in addition to Sienna, and as a result, other lawsuits are pending against the publication. The scandal has resulted in the arrest of several editors and a reporter from the newspaper.
