So the big questions is ... will Aniston be seen topless in her upcoming comedy Horrible Bosses? The scene is shot and in the edit room ... will it end up on the cutting room floor or will producers decide to give the film a box office boost by exposing Aniston's bust???

Usher is completely in love with his son Usher Raymond V ... and it shows!

After enjoying lunch at West Hollywood's Real Foods Daily restaurant, the duo hit the streets for an afternoon walk. Joining them ... Usher's godfather, Ben Vereen. Looks like the little tot has a fascination with motorcycles!

Billy Bob Thornton's estranged daughter Amanda Brumfield, has been convicted of aggravated manslaughter in the death of her friend's 1-year-old daughter but was found not guilty of first-degree murder.

Brumfield, 32, claimed her friend's baby girl, Olivia Madison Garcia, suffered a fall while Brumfield was babysitting in October 2008 -- that the girl had simply fallen out of her playpen. But prosecutors argued such a fall wouldn't have accounted for a three-and-a-half inch skull fracture and bleeding and swelling found on the girl.

Brumfield was found not guilty of a third charge of aggravated child abuse. She will be sentenced in July.

Miley in her undies for So Undercover!

Cyrus, 18, is so UNcovered in her new movie about an investigator hired to pose as a sorority girl to protect a mobster's daughter.

"She's basically this chick who grows up as a super tomboy," Miley told MTV last year during filming. "She's an FBI agent and gets thrown into a bunch of girls that she doesn't understand because she's been around her dad who's been in the FBI his whole life," Miley went on to explain.

Miley buffed up for the role -- not only for the lingerie scenes, but for her action sequences. She told MTV, "I've been doing fighting, like learning how to box, mostly like street fighting. If someone comes up from behind you, knowing how to be able to defend yourself. I have a trainer and I have bruises everywhere from, like, kicking the bags. And I've learned how to use guns, which was really scary."

Miley also had to get up close and personal with costar Joshua Bowman. Lucky guy!



The comedy from The Weinstein Company, is due out in October.

David Beckham hit the soccer field in LA to practice with his team The Los Angeles Galaxy.

Becks has been training hard to get back in tip top shape ... especially after suffering serious injuries. Just last year, the 36-year-old soccer stud injured his Achilles tendon ... not allowing him to finish out last season with AC Milan.

Looks like our guy is back in fine form. Aside from juggling his soccer career, Beckham is also eagerly awaiting the birth of his little girl.

Nadya "Octomom" Suleman's fertility doctor, Dr. Michael Kamrava, will be losing his medical license by July 1. Three years ago, Dr. Kamrava implanted twelve embryos inside Suleman. For someone her age, the recommended amount is no more than two.

A judge had suggested that Kamrava receive probation for five years, however the California Medical Board decided on something more severe. After the hearing, the board found the doctor "repeated negligent acts, committed gross negligence and incompetence."

Twilight fans don't have to wait much longer to see Robert Pattinson's character Edward tie the knot with Kristen Stewart's Bella. MTV has released an official teaser trailer for the world to see!

The 15-second clip shows Edward waiting at the alter for his ladylove to join him. MTV will show a longer preview this weekend at the MTV Movie Awards ... hosted by Saturday Night Live's Jason Sudeikis.

Kim Kardashian banked $300,000 from People magazine for her engagement photos, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The 30-year-old reality star and her basketball star fiance Kris Humphries posed together on the cover of the magazine. An insider tells THR that despite the big paycheck to Kim K, the issue underperformed at newsstands. Ouch!

Under the guidance of mom/manager Kris Jenner, the Kardashian family reportedly earned $65 million last year.

This isn't the first time one of the Kardashian ladies earned big bucks for photos. In 2009, Kourtney reportedly earned $300,000 from Life & Style for her pregnancy details ... which included the birth announcement, sex of the baby and before and after body shots.

Khloe also reportedly earned six figures from OK! Magazine for her official wedding photos and announcement.
