Simon Fuller, founder of XIX Entertainment and creator of global sensation American Idol, received the 2,441st star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday.

The star studded event (he's responsible for launching countless successful careers) was held in front of the W hotel, and attendees included: Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony, Victoria Beckham (Fuller created the Spice Girls), and Idol winner Carrie Underwood, who told the honoree after he won, "You deserve this more than anyone I know."

Fuller gushed at the ceremony after receiving his honor: "Whenever I see that star, I won't see my name, I'll see all names of the people I've worked (with) and all those amazing artists and people that have helped me achieve this stuff."

The Hangover 2's release will not be put on hold despite a legal fight over the tattoo seen on actor Ed Helms' face in the new movie.

Mike Tyson's tattoo artist was attempting to put the film's release on hold while a judge decided whether the film used the image of the ink without proper permission.

However, Judge Perry, who is hearing the case has decided to allow Warner Bros. to release the film as planned. Warner Bros. issued the following statement:

"We are very gratified by the Court’s decision which will allow the highly anticipated film, The Hangover 2, to be released on schedule this week around the world. [The tattoo artist's] failed attempt to enjoin H2 in order to try and extract a massive settlement payment from Warner Bros. was highly inappropriate and unwarranted."

The tattoo artist, S. Victor Whitmill, claims Warner Bros. never asked permission to use the Maori-inspired facial tattoo.

Rock of Ages, also starring Tom Cruise, has been filming in Miami for the past week. The 22-year-old actress is dressing in some of the most iconic 80's wardrobe ... including jean shorts, crop top and fluorescent accents. Love the Slurpee!

After releasing a wildly successful nail polish collection, Justin Bieber is gearing up to premiere his first woman's fragrance, Someday, and it looks like he's really trying to attract the older women!

The ad features a pretty blonde (23-year-old Dree Hemingway) whispering in "The Biebes" ear. Infamous photographer Terry Richardson took the shots, and Dree is actually the great granddaughter of Ernest Hemingway!

Bieber recently revealed to Ryan Seacrest on Monday, of Someday: “I’m looking for a fragrance that I’m gonna like on a woman, a nice spring, light kind of smell thats appealing, and makes me wanna chase the girl I smell.”

Shauna Sand, who recently filed a restraining order against her estranged husband Laurent Homburger after the two got into a fight at her home last week, hit up a West Hollywood gas station ready to fill up her black Bentley. No harm in flirting with the attendant while you're pumpin'!

In addition to filing for a restraining order, Sand also filed for divorce. As for Homburger, he has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards from Sand. Their next court date has been scheduled for June 9.

Late night talk show host and comedian George Lopez had a full-on laugh-out-loud satirical "world exclusive interview" with Arnold Schwarzenegger's former housekeeper -- better known as his baby mama, Mildred Patty Baena -- on his show Monday night.

Lopez dressed up as a woman, with a blonde wig and full makeup, strangely resembles Baena! The interviewed was set up "via satellite" from her home in Bakersfield.

The host asks "Patty" how the news of their lovechild got out. The housekeeper claims people "started to talk" as word got out "there was a 10-year-old who could bench press 450 lbs. -- and was very gropey."

The comedian jokes, "Like father, like illegitimate son." Touche!

DWTS season 12 flew by so fast!

Only three contestants are left to compete for the mirror ball trophy, and we can't wait to see who'll take home the prize this year.

At this point, it's anyone's game!

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward and Disney star Chelsea Kane both ended the night with 59 points, while Kirstie Alley scored 54 out of 60 for her ballroom dance and sultry samba.

Although Kirstie has the lowest score of the three contestants, we're pulling for her to take home the gold. Through her ongoing struggles with weight, Alley was able to persevere and out shine the competition -- and she looked darn hot while doing it!

Dancing with the Stars will announce the winner of Season 12 tonight on ABC!
