Maria Shriver will be filing for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger after 25 years of marriage, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Schwarzenegger, 63, and Shriver, 55, announced their separation back on May 9. A few days later, it was revealed that the former Governor had fathered an illegitimate son with Mildred "Patty" Baena. Baena had worked for the Schwarzenegger family as their housekeeper for twenty years.

Arnold and Maria have four children: sons Patrick and Christopher as well as daughters Katherine and Christina.

Sexy Aussie Kym Johnson might just be one of the best things to happen to Dancing With the Stars, and it's not hard to see why!

The pro dancer (and DWTS season 12 finalist!) leant her perfect 'bod to a photo shoot for Esquire magazine, and we're betting a lot more men will tune in to DWTS after seeing these sexy shots!

Johnson revealed to the mag on having pro athlete Hines Ward as her partner this year: "Having an athlete is always the best because they're very agile and know what it takes to be in a competition. They're the best celebrities that you can really hope for. Hines, especially — he's so light on his feet."

They make such a great team!

The DWTS regular had to don a neck brace this season because she sustained a pretty serious injury while practicing with Hines.

Kym expressed: "This season's was really the scariest injury that I've ever encountered — falling on my neck. I'm very lucky to have escaped with what I did. I kind of fell just the right way to miss breaking my neck, and these last couple of weeks have been quite crazy with therapy and stuff. I feel like a football player at the moment."

In the documentary, the former Tonight Show host reveals his very public and dramatic exodus from NBC. Also featured in the film, behind the scenes footage of O'Brien's 32-city music and comedy show Legally Prohibited From Being Funny On TV Tour.

The actor stepped out to grab a bite to eat at LA's fave fast food restaurant, In-N-Out Burger, but health conscious Arquette didn't go for a full-blown burger. Instead, the Scream 4 star skipped the bun and ordered it protein style (a lettuce wrapped burger) and some chilies on the side -- someone's watching his figure!

After chowing down, Arquette headed to the Roosevelt Hotel, were we noticed severe cuts to his right finger. It looks like the actor has it bandaged up pretty good, let's hope it didn't require stitches!

Meanwhile Dave has been hangin' out with ex-Courteney Cox, and we're still holding out hope they'll get back together! The pair has yet to divorce, and they've been spotted attending counseling sessions at a therapist's office in Los Angeles.

Rihanna and Britney Spears turned up the heat during their recent performance of "S&M" on the Billboard Music Awards, however the Parents Television Council are calling the show's opening number inappropriate for the time slot in which it aired.

The PTC issued the following statement:

"I cannot imagine what would possibly lead the ABC television network to air a profanity-laced, S&M sex show on primetime broadcast television.

The overtly sexualized performance by Rihanna and Britney Spears was no accident or mishap, but a deliberate effort to target teens with images and lyrics that glamorize whips, chains and other sexual fetishes. What happened in Vegas should have stayed in Vegas, as the saying goes. It certainly has no place at 8:00 pm on the publicly-owned broadcast airwaves."

Hudgens stopped by North Carolina on her way home from Cannes to pay her new man a visit on the set of the highly anticipated film, Hunger Games.

The pair donned matching helmets and spent a romantic (and active!) day date enjoying a canopy adventure at Navitat in Asheville, N.C. The love birds tackled zip lining and rappelling, while enjoying the views of scenic Blue Ridge Mountains.
