Romeo may have been nixed from the competition, but that didn't stop Kirstie from planting a big wet one on the rapper as he left the Dancing With The Stars rehearsal studio in Hollywood on Thursday.

Alley is now a finalist in the competition, and her practice sessions are so intense, it's no wonder she needed to let off some steam with hottie Romeo!

The Fat Actress star recently revealed if she won the competition it would, "be like winning an Oscar. Because it's something I haven’t won before. It’s something I’ve always really wanted. It’s a different category, but I feel like we were just nominated."

Whatever you say, Kirstie!

Lindsay Lohan has gotten a restraining order against a man she Tweeted about in recent weeks. She spotted him outside her home, and in the order claims he has been harassing and stalking her for two years, but that his activity has escalated over the past month.

The temporary order against David Cocordan notes that Lohan says he has come to her home at least three times, followed her in public and sent her hundreds of text messages, including ones so sexually explicit that Lohan says in the filing:

"I am afraid that this text message shows that Mr. Cocordan intends to sexually assault me."

LAPD's Threat Management Department is assigned to the case. Suspicion is that Cocordan has mental issues and is schizophrenic. ...

"There was no problem insuring me for this. They had to spend a little extra money."

Movie studios insure their stars because they invest millions of dollars in salaries, and if that star gets hurt or dies, the role needs to be replaced ... costing millions in re-shoots. If a celebrity is in and out of rehab, as Lindsay has been in recent years, movie studios begin to have doubts.

As for her recent run-ins with the law, Lilo adds:

"I had to grow up and be accountable."
