Reality star Bethenny Frankel is not backing down after a $100 million lawsuit was filed against her Wednesday. She released a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.

"Unfortunately, one of the signs of success is being the subject of frivolous lawsuits, like this one. This is simply someone with his hand out, who did nothing to earn it, and I am not going to be bullied. We are exploring all of our options, including filing counterclaims against these people."

Frankel is being sued by her former managers, LA-based Raw Talent. The company's co-president Doug Wald claims he helped get Frankel the first deals that started the success of what is now her Skinnygirl cocktail line. Frankel sold the line earlier this year for a reported $120 million to Jim Beam. She fired Wald in 2008.

Now, Wald wants 10 percent of that $120 million plus $100 million punitive damages.

Frankel first found fame on Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York. She now stars on her own series, Bethenny Ever After, which aired the finale of its second season earlier this week and has been picked up for a third.
