Yesterday we spotted Dancing With The Stars hottie Maksim Chmerkovskiy and a few pals brunching at Toast in West Hollywood, and he made sure to show one of his friends plenty of attention in between bites of food. After the tumble he took with partner Kirstie Alley the other night, it looks the two are still getting along great, as evident from the sweet things he's been tweeting at her over the past few days.

So what has Kirstie been up to? We spotted her at Katsuya later that evening, and we love the fact that she's got the confidence to slip into a slinky black dress!

Newlywed Reese Witherspoon just got back from her honeymoon in Belize with hubby Jim Toth, and we spotted the Oscar winner grabbing a cup of fro yo in Santa Monica on Tuesday.

Speaking of romance, the actress recently spoke out about her love scenes with Robert Pattinson in Water For Elephants, but it's not what you'd expect!

“Rob possibly had the most hideous horrible cold of any co-star I’ve ever had to do a love scene with ever in my entire life,” Reese reportedly told In Touch Weekly. “He was literally snorting and snotting through every second of it – and it was not appealing. I’m talking green, infectious, disgusting – I’m not kidding! ... I’m going to say it’s a little bit of a downer. I was a little disappointed. It wasn’t sexy.” Really!?

Britney Spears and boyfriend Jason Trawick made a late night stop at The El Rey Theater in Los Angeles to check out The DigiTour 2011 kick off show.

A source inside the venue tells X17online exclusively:

"Britney and Jason came in through the back and went straight up to the VIP section. They seemed a bit rushed but ended up staying until just after 10. Jason was definitely in control."

After checking out artists like Dave Days and The Gregory Brothers, Brit and Jason tried to sneak out without being noticed. No such luck.

MTV's series Teen Mom has plenty of drama, and now star Leah Messer is finding her real-life to be just as complicated as the hit show.

Messer and Corey Simms, the father of her twin girls, have split, according to In Touch.

Corey reportedly withdrew $19K from Leah's bank account to purchase a new truck ... which In Touch claims was the final straw. A source tells the mag:

"He did it without telling Leah, even though the money is mostly her earnings from MTV. When she found out, they had a vicious fight and she left him.”

Justin Bieber will not be meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu prior to his concert in Tel Aviv tomorrow evening.

Netanyahu's spokesperson told the New York Times that Bieber wanted to set up a meeting, but hinted that when they suggested visiting with children from Southern Israel who were victims of rocket fire from Gaza, Bieber's representatives backed away from the meeting. "Sadly," the spokesman told paper, "[setting up a meeting] proved impossible."

A member of Bieber's camp said that the meeting was called off due to logistical reasons rather than personal ones, adding, "Justin welcomes the chance to meet with kids facing difficult circumstances, regardless of their background, and in fact, he had already invited children from the Sderot area." Bieber tweeted his frustration over the incident, writing, "i want to see this country and all the places ive dreamed of and whether its the paps or being pulled into politics its been frustrating."

Bieber also tweeted about Israeli paparazzi getting too close for comfort yesterday, and now a video of the 17-year-old pop star has surfaced where he nearly sideswipes one lensman with his scooter. Click after the jump to see!

Zac Efron seems to be getting hotter by the day! With a freshly-shaved face, the 23-year-old actor rocked camouflage shorts while grabbing a snack in Studio City.

The former High School Musical actor is gearing up for this weekend's Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California. Perhaps he'll join the rest of the crowd and go shirtless.

Catherine Zeta-Jones checked into a rehab facility earlier this month to seek treatment for Bipolar Disorder, her rep has confirmed.

"After dealing with the stress of the past year, Catherine made the decision to check in to a mental health facility for a brief stay to treat her Bipolar II Disorder," her rep added. "She’s feeling great and looking forward to starting work this week on her two upcoming films."

The 41-year-old actress spent about five days at the unidentified facility, and a source tells the mag, "There's no question it's been a stressful year. Catherine has had deal with [husband Michael Douglas'] illness and that's been hard. She went in for a few days because she's about to start working, and wanted to make sure she's in top form, which she is." After struggling with throat cancer for nearly six months last year, Douglas announced in January that he was cancer free, and Zeta-Jones has remained by his side throughout the ordeal.

Dina Lohan was all smiles standing next to Carvel Ice Cream's mascot Fudgie the Whale while the two were promoting ProticaCares healthy eating program in Long Island.

The healthy program has been created to teach kids the importance of balancing a healthy diet while occasionally enjoying sweet treats ... like Carvel Ice Cream.

Dina Lohan, a longtime fan of Carvel, was on hand at Long Island Elementary School to kick off the program. Carvel Ice Cream has agreed to send a variety of their tasty cakes to a different children's hospital or U.S. grade schools every week for the next 75 years.

ProticaCares released the following statement:

"2010 was a very good year for Protica, so I wanted to do something that speaks to the mission of the company – to enhance life through nutrition – and do it in a way that teaches our children about healthy diets and lifestyles."

In our interview with Lindsay's mom, she talks about bad eating habits ... like eating too much fast food. Dina tells X17online exclusively:

"My kids eat it. They drive me once a week, and I'm like, you can't eat this. Even those establishments are making healthy choices for kids, at those fast food places, but it's really important to exercise and good health ... and just being aware."
