Katy Perry already gave us a sneak peek at her new music video for E.T., and now here's a close up of her heavily painted face!

The starlet has rocked some pretty interesting costumes in concert and in recent music videos, but this makeup job is downright Gagalicious! Katy duets with rapper Kanye West on the track, and we can't wait to see the full video next week.

While this is a pretty drastic look for the singer, it looks like she's far tamer in real life, as husband Russell Brand recently admitted that his married to the starlet has transformed him from a sex addict to a domesticated man. In a recent interview with Piers Morgan, the British comedian said, "I can’t believe I used to have sex 20 times a week, especially now I’m married. But now I’m a bloody good gardener."

But will their marriage last? Brand told Morgan, "Don’t look at things as in 'rest of life.' Of course marriage is for life and that’s what I wanted but anything for the rest of life can be daunting ... I've never been in love before Katy, as now I rate love as being willing to change for someone." Hmm, wonder what THAT means?

Fresh from her split with Justin Timberlake, it looks like Jessica Biel might be on the rebound ... with her Playing The Field co-star (and onscreen love interest) Gerard Butler!

The two are currently filming in Shreveport, Louisiana, and a source tells Us Weekly that they first began cozying up to one another at a crew member's birthday party last week. "When Gerry got there, he made a beeline for Jessica. He was really flirting with her," the insider reveals.

Two nights later, the duo were seen downing margaritas at a local Mexican restaurant, and they've shared two more dinners together since then! A source close to the actress says she only wants to be "friends" with the hunky Scottish star, but given the amount of time she's going to be spending with him over the next few months, who knows what's going to happen!

Paz de la Huerta was arrested on Tuesday night in New York City after getting into a bloody bar brawl with City star Samantha Swetra at The Standard Hotel on Sunday.

De la Huerta reportedly threw a drink at Swetra and punched her in the face, and a piece of the glass ended up getting stuck in the reality starlet's leg! The ladies were apparently fighting over a guy (what else?), and after Swetra made a snide remark about de la Huerta being drunk, the actress threw a hissy fit and went off on her.

De la Huerta was escorted out by security, and this morning Swetra and her attorney Stephanie Ovadia filed a police report. A spokeswoman for the NYPD confirmed that the Boardwalk Empire actress was charged with third degree assault, and she's due back in court on April 18.

De la Huerta is gaining a bit of a reputation for being a wild child -- remember the drunken tumble she took at the Chateau Marmont earlier this year after the Golden Globes?

After an alleged fight with ex-fiancee Kate Major, Michael Lohan has been charged with misdemeanor domestic violence.

Lindsay's father, 50, was arrested on Monday after Major claims Lohan hit her in a West Hollywood apartment.

When officers took Lohan into custody, he was initially charged with several felonies ... including false imprisonment.

However, the LA DA's office has decided to only charge him with domestic violence. Calls to Michael Lohan have not been returned.

Lindsay Lohan will not take the plea deal in her felony grand theft case, according to TMZ.

The 24-year-old starlet is accused of stealing a $2500 necklace from a Venice jewelry store. The site claims Lilo wants to take her case to trial because she feels she's innocent.

Judge Stephanie Sautner will take over the case. Lindsay's due in court for a preliminary hearing on April 22.

Calls to Shawn Chapman Holley and Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers have not been returned.

Just last night, X17 videographers captured this exclusive video of Lilo hunched over while leaving the Chateau Marmont in the backseat of friend Eilat Anschel's car. Her brother, Michael Jr., left on foot.

Last night Katie Holmes attended the NYC premiere of The Decision, which is a short film about ... a movie star cheating on her hairstylist?!

Holmes teamed up with John Frieda Precision Foam Colour to play Joan Hudson, an A-list starlet who decides to start doing her own dye jobs after breaking things off with her colorist. “I love the idea of doing a short film about something I feel is really important to women!” Katie said. “I also love being a part of promoting a product that is available to all women.”

Mel B is expecting baby #3, but it doesn't look like all of her former Spice Girls bandmates are sending their congrats.

The 35-year-old singer, who's pregnant with hubby Stephen Belafonte's baby, tweeted:

"Ahh big thanks to my spice girls mel c, geri and emma for all the baby well wishes! Love you! Xxxxx."

Ouch! What about Posh? Perhaps Victoria Beckham is too carried away with her own pregnancy that she forget to send Scary Spice a congratulatory message. Could there be Spice Girls' drama brewing?

Lady Gaga chatted with fans during an hour-long interview called "Musicians@Google Presents: Google Goes Gaga," and the pop star revealed that she will be co-directing her upcoming music video for "Judas" with creative director Laurieann Gibson.

"I'm very excited. Actually, I can exclusively reveal here at Google that I will be making my directorial debut with Laurieann Gibson, directing this video with her ourselves," she said. "It's no surprise, I'm sure, to many of you, that Judas is a man of the biblical senses, so expect to see some symbolism in this video," she added. "You have to look into what is haunting you and you need to look into forgiving yourself in order to move on. And it's really fun to dance to and sounds like it could be a pop priest record."

Gaga also gave us a sneak peek at the lyrics for her new single, which go something like this: "When he comes to me, I am ready/ I'll wash his feet with my hair if he needs/ Forgive him when his tongue lies through his brain/ Even after three times, he betrays me/ I'll bring him down, a king with no crown."
