After shooting two new movies - LOL and So Undercover - Miley Cyrus is returning to her roots: Music!

The Hannah Montana starlet is readying for an international tour after a near two-year break from concert touring, reports E! News. (And Miley's rep confirms.)

Beginning in Quito, Ecuador on April 29 at Estadio Olimpico Atahualpa followed by a show in Lima, Peru at Explanada del Monumental on May 1, with more overseas tour dates to be announced soon...

Cyrus is also back on Twitter - well, sorta! She Tweeted the following message from Rock_Mafia's (her longtime record producers) account: "This is my new way to connect. Vanessa Hudgens in fishnets and a corset is reason enough to go check out Sucker Punch when it hits theaters this Friday, March 25.

The former High School Musical star is showing off her grown-up side in the action-packed sci-fi thriller. Sucker Punch also stars Jon Hamm, Carla Gugino, Jena Malone, Jamie Chung and Ryan Phillippe's ex Abbie Cornish.

Not sure we like that Vanessa's name in the movie is Blondie. Interesting bit of irony there, however, machine guns and sexy ladies is definitely a draw.

Penelope Cruz is front and center in the newest trailer for Disney's upcoming action movie Pirates of the Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides.

Sources tell X17online exclusively that Lindsay Lohan has been spending almost every night out in New York clubbing until 5am.

Lindsay obtained special permission from the judge to travel out of the state to spend time with her family, where she's supposed to be contemplating a plea deal for the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace which would result in more jail time. In fact, she's due to inform the court of her decision Wednesday, but it seems the actress is more intent on partying than thinking about another possible stint in the slammer!

Ms. Gomez tells MTV News:

"We haven't announced anything yet, but I'm kind of creatively thinking of what I want. We are working on a few cover songs. We are working on a Britney tribute, which I'm so stoked about, 'cause I love Britney. I was like, 'I have to do it.' I wanna do a mash-up of all her songs and just go for it."

Sandra Bullock spent the weekend in New York, where she's filming Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, with her main man, adopted son Louis Bardo, 1 1/2.

Sandra stayed close to her little guy the entire time, watching some kids play a game of playground baseball and even helping him to befriend another child!

Of Louis, Sandra has said, "He's just perfect, I can't even describe him any other way. It's like he's always been a part of our lives."

Mel B. aka Scary Spice has another bun in the oven!

The 35-year-old singer and reality star, who already has two kids, is joining fellow Spice Girls' Victoria Beckham and Emma Bunton in the pregnancy department. Mel B and hubby Stephen Belafonte will welcome their little bundle this summer.

Mel B tells Hello! Magazine:

"We’re really excited. We wouldn’t have planned and waited for four years to have a baby if we weren’t really excited about it and ready for it. Even though you can never really be truly ready."

The "ecstatic" couple aren't sure if they'll find out the sex of their baby. Mel adds:

"I haven’t fully decided if I want to know or not. I’m over the first trimester, so I’m past the shady three months and on to safe territory. The power of wanting a baby, I think, can sometimes just work to your advantage. I didn't think I would get pregnant that quickly."

Martin Sheen is speaking out on son Charlie's bizarre behavior, calling him "emotionally crippled" in a new interview.

Martin, who's promoting a new film with son Emilio Estevez called The Way, told the Telegraph that Charlie only occasionally listens to his father, who famously battled his own issues with drugs and alcohol.

Says Martin:

"Charlie’s 45 years old. He’s not a kid. Emotionally he still is. Because when you’re addicted, you don’t grow emotionally. So when you get clean and sober you’re starting at the moment you started using drugs or alcohol. You’re emotionally crippled."

Martin, who's been sober himself for 20 years after battling his own demons with drugs and alcohol says he can relate to what Charlie's going through.

"But I know what hell he’s living in. I’ve had psychotic episodes in public. One of them was on camera – the opening scene of Apocalypse Now. So I know what Charlie is going through. And when you do something like that, that is out of control, that’s the most difficult thing. You have to have courage."

Brother Emilio also chimed in, saying 'We all had the same set of rules. So it really gives credence to this theory that it is genetic, and that sometimes it skips either a generation or siblings. My mother doesn’t drink. My other brother hasn’t had a drink in over 10 years, my dad hasn’t had a drink in 20. And I make wine."

Martin goes on to say, "Addiction is the dark side. It’s a reflection of despair. And it’s fed by all the other negativity."

Despite losing his lucrative role on Two and a Half Men due to his most recent struggles, Charlie Sheen has seen his popularity increase a thousandfold, and is set to embark on a 20 city tour with his one-man show, "The Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option."
