Lady Gaga is revealing more than just extreme makeup in the pages of i-D Magazine's "Exhibitionist Issue."

Photographer Mariano Vivanco snapped the eccentric singer with a Thierry Mugler blue latex coat blowing in the wind. We have to admit ... Gaga is looking mighty thin these days!

The "Born This Way" singer has been working closely with the designer, and recently she walked in his Paris runway show. Lady G reportedly bought the entire Mugler collection after she strutted down the catwalk.

In last night's episode of Chelsea Handler's mockumentary After Lately, movie star Reese Witherspoon guest-starred as, well, herself! Witherspoon befriends the Chelsea Lately staffers but her cute and perky persona soon gets on everyone's nerves.

"We want her gone!" eventually demands one of them, to which Chelsea replies, "She makes me happy. And she's nice, something none of us have ever been to each other in the last two years."

Although Brit's manager shot down rumors that Queen B will be performing at Las Vegas' The Bank nightclub this weekend, it seems that she will indeed making a surprise appearance at the Palms Casino Resort on Friday for an MTV special.

MTV put out a casting notice for HUGE FANS of the Femme Fatale singer to win tickets to an event this Friday, and BreatheHeavy reports that Spears herself will be taking the stage to promote her new album, which drops next week.

When we contacted Palms Casino Resort to confirm Brit's appearance, a spokesperson said, "No comment." So I guess Brit fans should be packing their bags!

The casting notice reads:

DO YOU WANT TO ATTEND MTV's BRITNEY SPEARS SPECIAL in LAS VEGAS? We are casting HUGE fans of Britney Spears to be a part of an MTV Special in Las Vegas. Michael Lohan is currently seeking treatment with Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab, but Lindsay's dad says his ex Dina is still not making it easy for him to interact with his 24-year-old daughter.

Papa Lohan sent the following to X17online exclusively:

"Dr. Drew thought it best that I make positive changes. Meanwhile, I am here to work on co-dependancy issues for the benefit of the family, in part to benefit Dina. What's even more ironic is that Lindsay and I have been so close from the time she went into rehab and even after UNTIL Dina came to town and again, she came between us and still does so.

But that's okay. I am in a great place, physically and spiritually and when the show airs, we will all see I have NOT been alone at all."

Celebrity Rehab will air on VH1 later this year.

Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren got in a little alone time yesterday as the expectant couple headed to brunch without adorable tot Honor, 2 1/2.

Jessica announced in February that she was pregnant with her second child (although you can barely see a bump) and since then, the Razzie winner seems to be focusing on family rather than career.

Last week, she and Cash checked out pre-schools for their eldest, who will be three this fall.

Jessica has said of her second pregnancy, "It's definitely not as daunting." And she and Cash look like they're in a better place than ever to prepare for baby number two!

After meeting with execs from Fox, sources say CBS chief Les Moonves (who fired Charlie from hit show Two and a Half Men) is eager to get Charlie Sheen back on the channel.

"CBS wants Charlie back," a source tells Hollywood Life. "They saw how popular his tour has become, how it has been selling out, and when word spread that he started talking to Fox about a late night show, some decision makers got a little antsy."

Earlier this month, Charlie blasted Moonves (whom he dubbed "Les Than Goonves") for what he called the "entirely illegal and unconscionable act" of his firing.

Of his former boss, Charlie said, "Part scoundrel, part my hair to side. Screw Les, I proclaimed, or better yet -- screw more. You gave me your word but in turn gave me nothing."

So why would Moonves be so desperate to have this loose cannon back on his network? “The executives and show runners like Les Moonves are thinking about money, and in Hollywood money wins every time," says the source.

Even Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre, who received the most vicious of Charlie's rants, seems eager to get Charlie back. “They probably won’t kiss and make up but they will be civil enough to get the job done," says the source.

The insider also claims that the deal is has an "80% chance of happening."

“Charlie has always been interested in playing ball." The source adds, "Charlie will have to schedule a few meetings in between his touring, but the way people are talking, time will mend everything and next season looks very promising. Its kind of in Charlie’s court right now.”

Charlie was rumored to have been seeking upwards of $2 million an episode before he left his hit show.
