Miley Cyrus, her grandma and her momma Tish enjoyed a little shopping yesterday, and it's no surprise the girls are all smiles -- Tish and Billy Ray have just announced they've reconciled and the divorce is off!

The hubby and wife have been together for more than 17 years but Billy Ray filed for divorce last October.

Ray told the ladies of The View (in a pre-taped show recorded yesterday), "Things are the best they’ve ever been. I feel like I got my Miley back. I feel like we’re the daddy and daughter we were before Hannah Montana.”

And he set the record straight about a GQ interview in February, in which he appeared to be blaming Disney for his family trouble: "I love Hannah Montana. I love Disney. That didn't tear my family apart," said Cyrus. "Now fame, fame is a different animal, you've got to be careful with that thing because it can … all things considered, hey, it's all good."

Charlie Sheen is definitely winning!

Tickets to Sheen's one-man show, Charlie Sheen LIVE: My Violent Torpedo of Truth sold out New York's 6,000 seat Radio City Music Hall in just under 30 minutes. An additional Radio City show was quickly added after that, and it sold out just as fast.

Is Madison Square Garden next?

Radio City tickets for Sheen’s show range in price from $79.50 to $519, a bit more pricey than his $35 Detroit/Chicago shows.

And if fans would like a once in a lifetime chance to meet the former Two and a Half Men star, it costs a mere $750 per ticket.

But out-of-work Sheen won’t pocket all the cash; he's donating $1 per ticket to the Red Cross Japanese Earthquake Fund.

FX is also a big fan of Charlie Sheen. Reruns of Two and a Half have become so popular, FX Chief John Landgraf revealed despite the controversy surrounding Sheen, the network has no plans to cut back on reruns of Two and a Half Men.

Smart move.

The former Hills star was strolling through Beverly Hills when she spotted Housewife pal Lisa Vanderpump holding her adorable doggy Giggy. He looks like a little teddy bear in a sweater!

So we know why the fluffy pup had a smile on her face and Patridge was in a happy mood despite the fact her ex-boyfriend, BMX biker Corey Bohan, unleashed some major anger via his Twitter over their recent breakup.

Bonhan Tweeted: "A girl that's told yes by everyone surrounding them grows up to be a heartless closed off insecure individual. It's quite sad ... Time 2 pick up the pieces & stop being so sad! Some woman will always be empty & rotten from the inside out. U cant love a heartless woman."

Ouch. Bohan quickly deleted the posts afterward, but it didn't take long for the world to see his Tweets.

Vanessa Hudgens may be "deeply upset" and threatening to sue over even more X-rated pictures being leaked this week, but she didn't appear the least bit bothered when we snapped her out and about in LA today. Heck, she even wore a little bit of green to show her St. Patrick's Day spirit!

Vanessa has two movies to promote (Beastly is already out and Sucker Punch premieres next week) and her new boy toy is already spending the night, so she has plenty of positive things to focus on...

Denise Richards was snapped visiting ex-husband Charlie Sheen numerous times when he received in-home rehab treatment last month, but it seems like the once civil relationship between the former spouses has taken a turn for the worse.

Richards reportedly angered Sheen by forbidding him to pose for a picture with their daughters Sam and Lola, and a source tells Us Weekly, "When Denise refused [to let him take a photo with the girls], he threatened her with physical harm."

Richards was apparently so frightened by Sheen's erratic behavior she banned him from Sam's 7th birthday last week, and it was also reported that she sided with Sheen's other ex-wife Brooke Mueller when she received similar threats. "Denise is constantly trying to shield [Sam and Lola] from their dad's problems," says another source. "But it was becoming harder."

Jessica Alba has a growing bump on her tummy, but let's not forget about her other expanding curves -- can you say hot mama!?

We spotted the gorgeous actress getting coffee with her husband Cash Warren on Wednesday, and even though some A-listers go into hiding when they're preggers, Jessica proudly rocked her baby bump in this low-cut maternity top.

Billy Ray Cyrus is ditching his plans to divorce his wife Tish, and he's telling the ladies of The View why he has had a change of heart, according to a spokesperson for the ABC show.

During an interview airing tomorrow, Miley's 49-year-old dad reveals:

"I dropped the divorce. I wanted to put my family back together. Things are the best they've ever been. I feel like I got my Miley back. I feel like we're the daddy and daughter we were before Hannah Montana."

Cyrus also opens up about his GQ interview in which he allegedly said he blames Hannah Montana for "destroying my family." During his appearance, he adds:

“I don’t think ‘Hannah Montana’ ruined my family, but to set the record straight, I love ‘Hannah Montana.’ I love Disney. That didn’t tear my family apart. Now fame, fame is a different animal, you’ve got to be careful with that thing."

Demi Lovato is freshly inked and proud of it!

The 18-year-old Disney starlet, who spent the end of the year at a Michigan rehab center to deal with personal issues, showed off her new tattoos on her wrists. On her left wrist it says "Stay" ... and on the other wrist it says "Strong" with a heart beside it.

In the video, she reveals:

"I can’t tell you how much light you guys brought into my life in probably the darkest time of my life. Without you guys, I wouldn’t be here today. I wanted to let you guys know that I'm excited to get back to work."

Lovato says her fans were the inspiration behind the new tat.
