Paris Hilton and her family dined at Frida Mexican Cuisine last night to celebrate her cousin's birthday, and the heiress tweeted, "Happy Birthday @Whittles2! Love you so much! So proud of you my beautiful cousin! Finally 21! Huge! :)"

Paris' aunts Kyle and Kim were there, along with Rick, Kathy and Nicky, and of course her main squeeze Cy Waits was by her side. Even though it got a bit chilly, Paris seemed to have a serious case of spring fever with this flirty floral frock. But with the weather going down the toilet in southern California this weekend, it looks like Miss P is going to be busting out the rain boots and Free City sweats!

A camera shy Justin Bieber was spotted leaving his London hotel with mom Pattie today, and the 17-year-old pop superstar requested that his driver stop at McDonald's on the way to the O2 Arena. Hey, a growing boy has to eat!

Justin gets a brief break after tonight's concert, and his next stop is the Manchester Evening News Arena, where he has back to back performances on Sunday and Monday.

In this new version of the trailer, JT and Mila take their love a little further, but unfortunately, we don't see any of the goods. However, we get the point.

Mel Gibson turned himself in last night to be booked on misdemeanor battery charges, and now the 55-year-old actor's mugshot has been released. Gibson, who was accused of battering his ex Oksana Grigorieva, was given 16 hours of community service and one year of counseling.

As we reported earlier, the judge gave the 55-year-old actor one week to turn himself in, and last night just after 9:00pm, Gibson followed those orders by surrendering to the El Segundo Police Department for booking.

The judge has ruled that Gibson must be under informal probation for three years.

Sandra Bullock has donated $1 million to the Red Cross to support tsunami relief efforts in Japan, it was announced today.

“The American Red Cross is extremely grateful for this generous support from Sandra Bullock and her family,” the organization said in a statement. “This contribution is vitally important as the Red Cross works to provide critical assistance and essential relief items in this time of urgent need for so many people in Japan.”

Just last year the Oscar winner donated $1 million to Doctors Without Borders to help aid Haiti after their devastating earthquake, and this is the largest donation made by a celebrity so far.

Taryn Manning, star of Hawaii Five-0, is taking it all off in Playboy's Sex and Music issue.

The 32-year-old star is featured in a 6-page spread shot by celebrity photographer Sheryl Nields.

Taryn tells Playboy:

“I’m honored to have collaborated with Sheryl Nields on this shoot. Together with Playboy, we came up with the concept of a retro, pop art sensibility for the pictorial. While shooting, I was inspired by Playboy’s legendary legacy.”

As for her sexuality, she adds:

“I’m not shy about sex. I enjoy being a little out there with a Flip camera sometimes…I want to be sexy. I want to be a one-woman show.”
