But on tonight's season finale, the 38-year-old heartbreaker presented his final rose - and Neil Lane diamond engagement ring - to 24-year-old Emily Maynard. Runner up Chantal O'Brien left in tears.

Womack said the following to single mom Maynard in Cape Town, South Africa:

"You're the one, Em. You're my once in a lifetime. Please let me be your once in a lifetime. Please let me be your best friend. Please let me protect you and your beautiful daughter, and please let me love you for the rest of your life. I love you, Emily. I am truly in love with you. Emily, please make me happier than I've ever been in my life and marry me."

Maynard replied with, "I would love to. You just made me the happiest girl in the world."

Engaged couple James and Von D were spotted out and about in Beverly Hills together earlier this afternoon - the tatted-up twosome just got back in town from Mexico where the tattoo artist (who just turned 29) joined her motorcycle man while he prepared for an off-road racing competition.

JJ is set to compete in the 2011 Lucas Oil Off Road Series, with his debut race March 18-20 at Firebird International Raceway in Arizona.

Wilkinson claims she doesn't like being the favorite to win this season, telling TV Guide: "I've always been the underdog and I love that feeling. I've never won anything except for my husband and my son... It's flattering, I guess, but I wish people wouldn't do that. It puts extra pressure on me. I don't know why people are picking me. I do not have one minute of choreographed dance experience in my life... I need a lot of practice. I'm going to make a lot of mistakes."

Sienna Miller was positively glowing as she launched her new collection for Twenty8Twelve, her clothing line with sister Savannah, at Selfridges department store in London Monday.

And even though Sienna is celebrating something new, she's also getting over her old boyfriend. Miller split (for the second time) with Jude Law earlier this year, but the playboy actor may have already moved on with another woman!

Law reportedly reunited with model Lily Cole at a London nightclub last week, after the pair dated briefly in 2008 (before he hooked up with Sienna again.)

"Jude and Lily were at a table kissing and being very flirtatious," a witness tells the Daily Mail. "It was clear they were comfortable with each other."

I guess Jude likes to recycle!

Caring dad slash hunky movie star Hugh Jackman took his cutie-pie daughter Ava out for a walk with their cuddly canine - named Peaches - in New York Monday morning.

Jackman recently finished work on Snow Flower and the Secret Fan and is gearing up to start production on The Wolverine with director Darren Aronofsky. Can't wait to see the new revamped version of the comic book character!

Everyone turned out on Sunday to watch the boys play ball! Sean Preston and Jayden James sure do have a loving family supporting them...

Punk princess Avril Lavigne is the proud owner of a new neck tattoo, and it's a safety pin! Brody Jenner's 26-year-old Canadian girlfriend showed off photos of her neck tat via her Twitter account.

Lavigne tweeted:

"What a great day with my girlfriends. Just being me ... Girl time is always necessary. And I got a tattoo. Holy crap hahah."

“This song is such a great message to my fans, and it really touched me when I heard it. Basically, it’s to the haters, it’s to the people who try to bring you down,” Selena said.
