UPDATE - 10:45 pm PT - Sheen's attorney Mark Gross tells reporters outside Mulholland Estates neighborhood, police searched the home, found one antique rifle and made no arrests. He confirmed LAPD were responding to a call made earlier in the day.


LAPD officers are currently at Charlie Sheen's home atop Mulholland Drive -- X17 photographers on the scene have seen at least four police cruisers enter the gated neighborhood in the past hour and a half.

The police department has confirmed their presence at the estate: "I can confirm police are there, but we're not releasing further details at the moment," said LAPD spokeswoman Norma Eisenman.

ETOnline is reporting officers went to Sheen's home to remove guns from his home as part of the settlement agreement with ex-wife Brooke Mueller. Sources tell the entertainment news program Brooke believed Charlie owns as many as 47 guns.

Meanwhile, Charlie tweeted just under an hour ago, right as the first reports of police at his home hit the Internet:

"#fastball: all good here on homefront. all reports are false. I'll explain more very soon. #Dogspeed c"

Well KTLA showed from their chopper that all was not totally "good on the homefront" -- check out their tape of cops searching Charlie's home ...

 

After two weeks of back-and-forth negotiations, Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Brooke Mueller have reached a custody deal for their twin boys Max and Bob.

"Brooke and Charlie have reached an agreement that resolves their differences," their attorneys said in a joint statement Thursday. "For the benefit of the children, the terms of their agreement will not be disclosed. They ask the public for privacy on this matter."

Mueller was granted a restraining order against Sheen last week that temporarily stripped the actor of all custody rights. Sheen promptly released a home video of his farewell to the boys, strapping them in the car seats of their nanny's car.

In the restraining order papers, Mueller noted her concern for the boys' safety when with their father, raising concerns Sheen was mentally unstable.

After dating for four years, Justin Timberlake, 30, and Jessica Biel, 29, have decided to call it quits.

In a joint statement, reps for the couple said:

"Addressing the media speculation regarding Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake’s relationship, we are confirming that they mutually have decided to part ways. The two remain friends and continue to hold the highest level of love and respect for each other."

The couple have been the target of many breakup rumors over the years -- most recently when Timberlake was reported to have cheated on Biel with actress Olivia Munn. Before that, the two were said to have split in 2009 but were spotted soon after vacationing together.

Biel gushed to Vogue last year, about her relationship with Timberlake: "I don't feel the need to clear anything up. It's the most precious thing that I have in my life, and I care about it so much that I don't care about what anyone says or thinks. I have just not addressed it in any real way, and I'm not going to. It's mine. And I really like that about it."

Charlie Sheen's Two And a Half Men co-star Jon Cryer took to Conan O'Brien's stage tonight to respond to Sheen's recent name-calling.

On Tuesday, Sheen lashed out at his now former co-star, calling him a "troll" and a "turncoat" for not calling to chat with the star after Warner Bros. fired the $2-million-an-episode actor.

Sheen said to E! News, "You're either with me, or you're with the trolls. Obviously he's [Cryer] with the trolls."

Well Cryer went on national television tonight to accept the "troll" label, joking: "The truth is that there's not a lot of tolerance for people like me, especially in Hollywood. To avoid ignorance and bullying, I've had to hide the fact that I'm a troll. You have no idea how much time and money I've spent on electrolysis and hair dye and reconstructive surgery so I can look like this [pointing to himself], instead of this [pointing to an image of Cryer with pink Troll hair]."

Jessica Alba was spotted walking around Beverly Hills with her daughter Honor this afternoon, and though the mom-to-be appears to have stepped out without brushing her hair, she still looked gorgeous! As always, Honor pranced around as happy as could be, and we're very curious as to whether she'll be getting a little brother or sister...

So what else has Jess been up to? The actress posted pictures from a DIY baby shower on her Facebook page, and when she's not getting all artsy and crafty, she's been hitting the gym! Jess tweeted, "Listening 2 @common while working out 2day. Beautiful flow + hard beats =gr8 motivator." Good to see she's still working on her fitness!

Ashlee Simpson and musician Craig Owens were spotted shopping together in Los Angeles the other day, and not only were the two smiling and looking totally lovey dovey, but Pete Wentz's former pal/protege had his arm around the newly single starlet!

Simpson's soon-to-be ex-husband signed Owens to his record label last year, and now sources tell Us Magazine that Wentz is ticked off about the possible romance. "Pete did a lot for this guy," a source tells the mag. "Craig was in another band and got kicked out. Pete found Craig, built a band around him and signed him. He's shocked at how this guy is repaying him."

Simpson and Wentz announced they were divorcing last month after less than three years of marriage, but a source close to Ashlee says the two are "longtime friends" and Owens is "comforting her throughout this difficult time."

Oksana Grigorieva ran errands with her beautiful daughter Lucia today, and Mel Gibson's baby mama didn't seem bothered by the attention from photographers. Despite all the nasty tabloid dirt we're heard about both Mel and Oksana, we have to say, they certainly did ONE thing right -- their 17-month-old baby girl is absolutely adorable!

Mel has been noticeably MIA, but with his new film The Beaver coming out in May, we'd imagine the actor is going to make some promotional appearances, right?
