No one ever accused Nicole Richie of having cheap taste!

On Monday, Joel Madden and his fashionista wife Nicole got in a heated fight on Twitter over the $3,000 Richie recently plunked down for pillows. The Good Charlotte singer tweeted, "Do you ever look at your credit card bill and ask your wife how the hell she could spend 3 thousand dollars on pillows? I do. PILLOW ... I mean, can't we just go to Target and get our pillows??? [Shaking My Head]."

Nicole Richie buying bedding accessories at Target? We don't think so. The fashion and jewelry designer tweeted back, "That's why I ignore your calls." Luckily everything has been resolved, as Madden later added, "Needless to say, the pillows are going back to the expensive ass pillow store. Hope she likes the Target pillows I'm putting in their place!...Trust me the pillows were gone before i even tweeted!"

Oh, to fight over $3,000 pillows ... we wish we had their problems!

While appearing on Piers Morgan Tonight, Simon Cowell addressed Elton John's recent statement claiming reality shows like X Factor "killed talent." Cowell tells Morgan:

"Well, look. This is somebody who charges what -- a million dollars a private gig? Two million dollars, you know? I don't know whether he's concerned about himself .... and I always want to say to them, 'I tell you what, you just made a million dollars off -- off your last private gig. Go and give it to a bunch of young musicians you care about, put them in the studio. Go and nurture them. Go and spend some time looking after them.' Then I'll buy your argument. They -- they're only worried about themselves."

Miley Cyrus is determined to shed her Hannah Montana good girl image, and with cell phone photos like these, she's doing just that.

While sitting on a director's chair during the filming of the video for "Who Owns My Heart," a heavily made up Miley licks her lips while wearing panties and a revealing black bra.

This provocative look is very similar to the mesh leotard black outfit she wore to the MuchMusic Awards in Toronto last year.

The 18-year-old wild child has had a rough couple of months in the spotlight. Last October, her father Billy Ray Cyrus and mom Tish announced their split. Then in December, the former Disney star was snapped smoking salvia from a bong.

Then, just in the past two days, the teen star fought with a photographers -- on Tuesday Cyrus went ballistic on a paparazzo she claimed hit her mom ... and again yesterday, Miley went off on a videographer who got too close for comfort.

So here are the highlights from today's hearing in Lindsay Lohan's grand theft felony case for her alleged theft of a $2500 custom necklace from Venice Beach jeweler Kamofie & Company ...

Judge Keith Schwartz told Lindsay and her attorney Shawn Holley:

9:13 - Case will continue on April 22
9:15 - Judge putting Lindsay on notice for probation violation
9:15 - Lindsay will be back in court on March 25 for interim hearing
9:16 - Judge expresses concern about media getting information outside of public hearings. Says "it's not right to have these things leaking out. It should be heard in a public setting where everyone has the information."
9:17 - Judge says the only way Lindsay will appear before him again is to plead guilty or no contest. That will happen only if a deal is not reached with DA and judge before then. Otherwise, Judge Stephanie Sautner will handle case from here forward. Lindsay's attorney Shawn Holley will have to reach Judge Schwartz by March 23 to notify him of their intentions.

The 24-year-old is expected to now try to negotiate a plea since her only other choice (pleading guilty or no contest) will definitely result in jail time.

Meanwhile, Judge Sautner will decide if Lindsay violated her probation and if she finds that to be the case, again, Lindsay will get jail time as she awaits trial for the theft charges.

Things aren't looking so great for Ms. Lohan!

Brittany Snow is looking darn fine in her undies! No wonder she's Maxim's newest cover girl!

The Hairspray star takes it (almost) all off for the April issue, and she opens up about how challenging it was to pose for the sexy shoot.

Snow reveals:

"It’s funny, because I’ve never done anything like this before so the whole experience was a big step for me. But it was cool. I felt really comfortable and had a great time."

But despite the smokin' hot pics, Snow doesn't think she's sexy. The actress expresses:

"Oh, hell no! It’s weird. I’ve read in magazines where someone like Jessica Alba says, "I’m not a sex symbol. I don’t even think I’m sexy!” I’m like, Oh, my God, girl, you’re kidding. I mean I hate to sound like the stereotypical actress, but if I’m gonna be honest…I really don’t think I am. But it’s nice when other people think so!"

Snow was ranked #93 on Maxim's Hot 100 list of 2008, so after this photo spread, we bet she'll climb the 2011 list pretty quick.

Charlie Sheen may have been fired from Two and A Half Men, but the 45-year-old star wants to prove that he's still funny.

The embattled actor, wearing a colorful chef's hat, is starring in a Funny or Die skit hosting a new cooking show called Winning Recipes. Something tells us the "Winning" catch phrase isn't going away anytime soon.

In the skit, Sheen not only prepares some meals, but he also pokes fun at his recent firing and includes a few jokes about his past films like Wall Street and Apocalypse Now.

The FOD skit was written by Saturday Night Live writer Adam McKay.

No wonder she always looks so fabulous!

Yesterday Paris Hilton got a manicure and a facial, and the heiress tweeted, "Just got an amazing facial at @KateSomerville. Love how my skin feels and looks after going there. So important to take care of your skin." Copy that!

After getting beautified, Miss P went shopping in Beverly Hills, and she couldn't stop smiling when we snapped her picture. Hmm, what's she so excited about? Perhaps the fact that her highly anticipated reality TV show The World According to Paris premieres this spring?

Sheen will be bummed!

Parks and Recreation producer Michael Schur revealed Wednesday night Rob Lowe will not be replacing Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men, because he is under a "multiyear contract" with Parks.

Lowe was one of several names thrown around as a replacement for Sheen after he was fired from the CBS sitcom on Monday.

The troubled actor even announced during an LA radio show yesterday morning he endorses Lowe as his Men replacement, calling him "a beautiful man" and "a buddy".

Unfortunately Lowe joined Parks this season, and at the show's panel at PaleyFest on Wednesday night, Schur told reporters Lowe would not be leaving the show anytime soon, revealing "there's no truth" to the rumors.

Too bad!
