Lindsay Lohan is scheduled to appear at the Airport Courthouse at 8:30am this morning, and she will reportedly turn down the plea deal Judge Keith Schwartz and DA Danette Meyers are offering for her alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace from Kamofie & Company.

Judge Schwartz made it clear that Lohan would receive jail time if she accepted the deal, and though the actress and her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley have had the past two weeks to make a decision, it seems as though Lohan made up her mind at her last court date on February 23.

Lohan's case will now be handed off to a new judge and a trial date will be set, so this morning's hearing is expected to be very quick. Lohan has already threatened to sue the Venice-based jewelry retailer for selling surveillance footage of her alleged theft, and she apparently feels as though she has enough evidence to clear her name at trial.

If all goes as planned, Lohan will walk out of the courthouse a free woman, but there is not a 100% guarantee that this will be the case at her trial. Think it's a risk worth taking?

So much for camel being a blah color -- Katie Holmes totally makes it work!

Yesterday evening Katie headed to the Chelsea Market in NYC, and the smokin' hot mama bundled up in a toasty warm overcoat and flashed us a smile as she left her hotel. The 32-year-old actress is looking especially radiant here, so we have to wonder if hubby Tom Cruise had something to do with the glow on her face. Or maybe she's just thrilled to be spending time with her darling daughter Suri, who turns five next month? The night before these shots were snapped, the ladies watched a performance of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying on Broadway. Loves it!

Yesterday afternoon Miley Cyrus left the gym in West Hollywood, and for the second day in a row, the 18-year-old starlet became enraged when a paparazzi photographer got a little too close for comfort. Miley lunged at the pap after he got in her face, and though she wasn't able to grab the video camera from his hands, she gave it her best shot!

On Tuesday Miley went off on a lensman when he bumped her mother Tish at California Chicken Cafe, and she was heard screaming, "You just rammed my mom with your camera. Don't you ever do that again. You just almost hurt my mom. Don't you ever even think about it!"

Don't mess with Hannah Montana!

Despite reports to the contrary, Michael Lohan will NOT be attending daughter Lindsay's felony grand theft hearing at the Airport Courthouse later this morning.

Michael, who was recently admitted to Dr. Drew's rehab facility, tells X17online exclusively that while he will be with Lindsay and the rest of the family "in spirit", he will not be present in the courtroom.

"While Dr. Drew DID allow me to go to court in order to prove all the tabloids, sources and liars wrong, Dr. Drew and Bob Forrest suggested that I don't go because even if cameras didn't follow me, someone might say they did," he tells us. Michael added that he is "confident that Shawn Holley and God will be victorious," so at least Lindsay's got that going for her!

Lindsay Lohan has a date with the judge tomorrow for her felony grand theft case, but in the meantime, the 24-year-old actress is showing off her body of work in the pages of Japanese magazine Mode Gal.

The blonde starlet is rocking stripes, polka dots and a pink turban-style head wrap in the sexy spread.

As for her court date tomorrow, Lilo will reportedly not be accepting a plea deal in connection with the stolen $2500 necklace ....hoping to avoid jail time. Kamofie & Company, who claim Linds stole the necklace, is now under fire for allegedly selling the surveillance video of Lindsay in the store to the media. As a result, Lindsay's camp is hoping this evidence will help to clear her of all charges.

It was reported earlier today that LeAnn Rimes and her hunky fiance Eddie Cibrian are in negotiations for a Newlyweds-style reality television show, but LeAnn's rep tells X17online that the rumors are "not true."

A source told Us Weekly "the deal is nearly done," and Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville added, "I hope they do a show. He needs a job." Given the amount of money LeAnn's worth (not to mention the handful of acting gigs Eddie's scored over the past few years), it certainly doesn't seem like they need the cash!

The couple got engaged in December, and word on the street is the two will walk down the aisle this spring at a private estate in Montana, where they recently vacationed.

We can't wait to see the pounds melt away as Kirstie Alley begins rehearsals for Dancing With The Stars this month!

The curvaceous star has been publicly struggling with her weight for years, so DWTS may be just the ticket she needs to slim down in a healthy way. Lets just hope she doesn't have any snacks stuffed in that oversized bag!

Alley's partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy said the former Fat Actress is working hard in training. He recently Tweeted:

The 29-year-old actress is starring in the West End production of Flare Path, where she plays Patricia Graham, a stage actress torn between her brave pilot husband and a washed-up Hollywood film star who wants her to get a divorce.

The newly single lady recently opened up to U.K.’s Guardian on her split with Jude Law, revealing, “We weren’t [re-engaged]. And I think this happens in everyone’s lives: you get back together, you try and make it work, and it doesn’t. It’s not acrimonious, it had run its course."

Path will have its official opening Thursday, March 10, and will run through June 2011.
