Avril Lavigne loves her boyfriend Brody Jenner, and apparently his half-sister Kim Kardashian, too!

Kim and beau Kris Humphries joined Avril and Brody at New York hotspot SL to celebrate the release of the pop sensation's newest album Goodbye Lullaby.

The "So Complicated" singer even serenaded her sexy man, and by the look in his eyes, he's loving it. Such a cute black tutu, Avril.

A green and white cake was presented to the punk princess in honor of her big day, and we're told Ciroc specialty cocktails were flowing.

Charlie Sheen gave a few more impromptu radio interviews Wednesday morning, and he spilled quite a lot to Los Angeles radio station K-Earth 101 and The Dan Patrick Show.

Sheen told K-Earth he kinda felt bad for calling his former Men co-star Jon Cryer a "troll", revealing: "I was in a mood, and I threw that out there... It's a half apology ... it's an apol!"

Loves it!

Sheen also said he's been talking to Rob Lowe recently. The actor could replace his character on Two and a Half Men. Sheen shared:

"He's a buddy of mine, he's a beautiful man, a brilliant actor, and I hope he does it and kicks its ass because I still get [paid] ... Don't look at the 177 episodes that I brilliantly did. Just park those! Ignore the 400 reruns every week that you can't avoid. Cancel your Sheen app. I'd recommend, in all seriousness, that they make it their own."

The troubled actor then called in to the The Dan Patrick Show, telling the host he doesn't know how Men will move forward without him, saying:

"I don’t even know if they would call the [character] ‘Charlie’ anymore ... how does the show transition? Do you have Chuck [Lorre], that silly sad troll, do you have him talk in the camera and say, ‘Here’s what happened’ and then Rob Lowe comes out? Or do they just do it, without explaining it, and hope no one notices?”

Good point, Charlie. The world will definitely notice you're brilliance is missing from Two and a Half Men. A character switch-up explanation from the show creators may be necessary, once a new actor is chosen.

Karl Engemann, father of Larry King's wife Shawn and ex-manager of Marie Osmond, has found himself in the middle of a bidding war over who will publish a possible tell-all book about the famous singer, a source tells X17online.

Engemann managed Osmond for 35 years, but in November of 2009, the singer fired him. The 80-year-old entertainment manager has since filed a defamation lawsuit against Osmond.

As for the tell-all book, an industry insider tells X17online exclusively:

"Many don't realize that Marie and Donny don't get along, and off camera, the two have knock-down-drag-out fights. And these fights aren't your typical brother-sister arguments. She fights with Donny about who sings more songs, who says more lines, who has more words, everything. Marie is petty and wants to take credit for things she doesn't do. This book would reveal it all."

Marie and her brother Donny are currently performing a nightly show at the Flamingo Las Vegas.

Former Disney starlet Miley Cyrus really got into it with a photog on Tuesday - the SNL host screamed at him for apparently bumping her mom Tish with his camera!

And so later that night, we caught up with Joe Jonas dining at Katsuya in Hollywood and later partying at Trousdale in WeHo with his boys, and we asked him about the altercation. He responded with: "You guys have great questions tonight!"

Paris Hilton no longer has a $35 million hair-extension lawsuit hanging over her head.

HairTech International filed a suit last August claiming Hilton signed a multimillion-dollar contract to use and promote its fake locks, and then was photographed wearing another companies' extensions.

The company claimed they were also upset the heiress blew off their launch party in 2007 because she was in jail, costing the firm $6.6 million in lost revenue at the time, according to HairTech International principal Chris Volek.

Hilton strongly denied their claims and filed a $1.7 million countersuit, which prompted HairTech to admit it got its claims wrong, and dropped the case Tuesday.

Hilton said in a statement after the suit had been dropped:

"It is certainly not unusual for businesspeople to have their disagreements, but I am glad that Chris has acknowledged the hard work and dedication I put into promoting his products."

Volek admitted, "The information I received from others and on which I based the lawsuit was not accurate."
