Chris Brown is over discussing his February 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna, and he wants the word to know he's moving on from the drama that's surrounded him since the beginning of '09.
Brown opened up to Page Six about moving on from the incident, revealing:
"People are always gonna talk. But I'm in a positive place. I consider myself a grown-a** man. At the end of the day if I walk around apologizing to everybody, I'm gonna look like a damn fool."
Brown has named his newest album F.A.M.E., which stands for "Forgiving All My Enemies", and he reveals to the post only "a handful of people" stuck by him after the incident, including fellow musicians Pitbull and producer Pharrell Williams.
The 21-year-old singer reveals:
"You can't blame people for how they want to be portrayed or if they don't want to be associated with somebody who had a particular mishap. The last two years, everybody dissed me, but my fans were so dedicated. The way I look at it is, you can't walk around mad, because then you just prove everybody right that you're an angry person."
Recently a judge downgraded Brown's restraining order barring contact between he and ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Lady Gaga has been a big part of Target's advertising campaign over the past year, and has also offered special editions of her CDs at the retail giant.
A source, however, reveals to The Advocate:
"She and Target didn't see eye to eye on Target's policy of political donations and how they affect the LGBT community."
Just last year, Target felt pressure after it was revealed they donated money to a committee called MN Forward, known for supporting antigay political candidates.
Before calling it quits with the company, Gaga had said the following to Billboard magazine about her partnership with Target:
"That discussion was one of the most intense conversations I've ever had in a business meeting. Part of my deal with Target is that they have to start affiliating themselves with LGBT charity groups and begin to reform and make amends for the mistakes they've made in the past ... our relationship is hinged upon their reform in the company to support the gay community and to redeem the mistakes they've made supporting those [antigay] groups."
Gaga didn't feel that Target was living up to their end of the deal. Her publicist released a statement confirming the split. Hear what her people had to say ... after the jump.

Charlie Sheen has granted yet another interview ... this time with 570AM's Dan Patrick.
The now fired Two and A Half Men actor said it's a "complete fabrication" that he had cocaine on the set of his hit CBS show.
When asked about getting fired, Sheen said:
"Why didn't they recognize my value to the show and then just say 'let's fix the situation?' I'm not ashamed of anything. People have talked about a 5150 and I'm like, 'What's that?"
John Stamos and Rob Lowe have been thrown around as possible replacements for his role on Two and Half Men. Charlie added:
"I think they're both fabulous ... my advice to them would just be make it your own."

While Charlie Sheen has a lot to say, Brooke Mueller didn't want to chat when X17online caught up with her in Beverly Hills.
Sheen and Mueller have been meeting with their lawyers non-stop this week to iron out a custody deal with twins Max and Bob. Thankfully, at this point it looks like the pair wont have to go to court. Lawyers have reportedly made progress, but have yet to finalized a deal because Charlie is adamantly against monitored visits with his sons.
Charlie's legal team announced Monday they were going to court Tuesday, but the hearing has been cancelled ... for now.

These kids probably have more stamps in their passports than most grown adults!
Justin Bieber and Willow Smith continued to rock it out in the UK, and we bet the kids overseas were ecstatic to see their favorite American pop stars in action.
Bieber's world tour has taken the lucky guy from Milan, to Paris to Sydney, but it seems Dublin has left quite an impression on the mini mogul. On Monday, countless screaming Irish female fans closed down parts of a main street after a rumor circulated on Twitter "The Biebes" was shopping there.
The singer had two shows at Dublin's 02 this week where he announced to his Irish Biebetes, "What I like most is to make you smile." Awwww.
Willow Smith is the opening act for Justin, but she's gotten so big herself, she'll have her own show in no time. Will Smith's little girl had a huge crowd waiting outside her hotel on Tuesday in Dublin, waiting to see the little Whip My Hair singer make her way to the O2 Arena.
Willow and Justin will head to the U.K. for more shows, after wrapping up their final show in Dublin Wednesday.
