We spotted the hunky No Strings Attached star getting his Coffee Bean fix in Beverly Hills on Monday, and Demi Moore's young husband may not have been all smiles, but he still looked hot! Ashton's next project is the rom com New Year's Eve, and we can't wait to check out his hotness next December when the film hits theaters.

Lindsay Lohan is contemplating suing jewelry store Kamofie & Co. over the sale of the surveillance video, claiming they are using her image without permission.

As X17online previously reported, the video was licensed to Entertainment Tonight for upwards of $35,000.

Lindsay's camp has long argued that the jewelry store has leveled the felony theft accusation against Lindsay in order to gain publicity for their Venice boutique. Now Eonline is reporting that Lilo is meeting with lawyers to consider legal action against the company.

Kamofie & Co. have issued a statement saying they have nothing to do with the licensing of the video to ET.

"We have heard the report today that Lindsay Lohan is preparing to sue Kamofie & Co...claiming [we] had no right to release the surveillance video. We wish to remind everyone that we turned the tape over to the Associated Press and that Kamofie & Co. has had no contact or dealings with Entertainment Tonight," said a store spokesperson.

Yet the AP is simply acting as a middleman for the company, whether they had contact with the licensee or not, they are still profiting.

Melanie Brown is the global ambassador for International Fitness Week for the third year running, and the pop star/Dance Your Ass Off host helped kick off the activities at the Old Spitafield Market in London today.

Melanie is taking a very hands on role with the campaign, and she's set to visit Fitness First clubs across the globe this month to help promote IFW and exercise in general. Given her philosophy on eating healthy and working out, it seems like the former Spice Girl is the right woman for the job!

Charlie Sheen has a new target: Two and a Half Men co-star Jon Cryer.

"Jon has not called me," the out-of-work actor complained to Eonline. He's a turncoat, a traitor, a troll. Clearly he's a troll," said Sheen. "He issued a statement." (So far Cryer has not issued any statement.) "Is it gonna take me calling him a 'traitor, juvenile and scared' for him to get it?"

Sheen went on to say that he was not interested in speaking to Cryer now. "What's there to say? I'll tell him 'You're a little late. Goodbye, troll.'" Sheen went on to say, "When I'm starring in multimillion-dollar films and he's begging me for a supporting role I'll say, 'You left me out in the cold with all of your guilt and stupidity.'"

Dina Lohan wasn't dishing on whether or not the sale of the surveillance video from the jewelry store showing daughter Lindsay allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace would affect her daughter's case when we caught the famous momager shopping for supplies at Target Monday afternoon.

Kamofie & Co., the jewelry store accusing Lindsay Lohan of felony theft has sold their surveillance video for $35,000, a move which Lindsay is hoping will show the store had malicious intentions in prosecuting the actress.

Lindsay maintains her innocence, but is said to be seriously considering a plea deal which will include jail time.

The Brit funnyman is in New York, where he was just awarded the Fun Fearless Male of the Year by Cosmopolitan Magazine, and Russell Brand made a comment about Charlie Sheen to reporters...

"I love Charlie Sheen, he's a good bloke," Brand said.

Meanwhile, Brand's wife Katy Perry is busy performing in Paris, where she's in town for fashion week.

Roseanne Barr is speaking out against Two And A Half Men Creator Chuck Lorre, who in the early 90's, worked as a producer and writer on the sitcom Roseanne.

On her blog Roseanne World, the commediane writes:

"Me, Cybil S(hepherd), Brett Butler, Charlie Sheen (stars who lost big when working with Chuck). I fired Chuck Lorre for being a big drunk on my show, and he went on to become one of tv's most successful writers (about d**k jokes)."

As for Roseanne's thoughts of Charlie, she adds:

"I feel sorry for Charlie Sheen, (and Brett and Cybil, both of whom were often out in the parking lot screaming at Chuck and crying) who has to not only be the bi-polar wizard Charlie Sheen, but had to toil as a tool for Lorre Enterprises Inc. and ... Julie Chen's very old comedically incontent husband, Les, the power behind CBS, the network of choice for the dentally challenged."
