Pete Wentz filed legal papers today asking for joint custody of Bronx, which appears to be a response to ex-wife Ashlee Simpson filing for sole custody of their son last month.

Wentz also requested that each party pay their respective legal fees (Simpson asked that Wentz pay for the both of them), and though experts say there isn't enough detail in the divorce filings to predict a bitter custody battle, Pete is clearly unhappy with Ashlee's requests.

Just days after their divorce announcement, Simpson and Wentz released the following statement: "We remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our number one priority."

Who knew Avril Lavinge was a Ke$ha fan? The 26-year-old punk princess performed the Blow singer's hit song Tik Tok while stopping by BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge.

Avril, who was there to promote her new album Goodbye Lullaby, tweeted the following after the performance:

“Thank you to my little black stars for being up so bright and early with me to support the #Goodbye Lullaby release."

Gossip Girl starlet Blake Lively - who already has a Christian Louboutin shoe named after her - fronts Chanel's new Mademoiselle handbag line and here's the first ad. Thoughts?

Shot by Karl Lagerfeld, who calls Lively "kind of an American dream girl," the ad is the first in a series that'll start appearing in April magazines.

Victoria Beckham hasn't let her fourth pregnancy slow her down. Posh traveled to London today where she's working on designing the interiors for Range Rover's Epoque model.

Posh, who seemed happy to be back in her homeland, tweeted: "Sun is shining in London... I feel good! Thank you for such kind messages! Good to be in London."

The expectant mum showed off a hint of her baby belly while landing in London today, wearing thigh-high boots with sky high heels:



Victoria, who's due this summer, has made no secret of her wish to add a girl to her brood of three boys, but says she doesn't yet know the sex of her baby -- or maybe she's just not telling!

Kourtney Kardashian and a Lady Gaga impersonator her makeup artist Joyce went shopping at an antique store in North Hollywood yesterday, and the ladies were on the hunt for vintage furniture. Kourt tweeted that they "found some gems" on their adventure, and judging by this picture, the reality star/hot mom was quite excited about her purchases!

Angelina Jolie, who got her female action hero start playing the busty Lara Croft, will not be returning for the third installment of the popular franchise.

The rights to the series were just purchased by GK Films (who are producing Jolie's Untitled Serbian Love Story), reports Deadline, and plan on re-booting the franchise with a younger Croft.

Jolie, now 35, played the daredevil archeologist, based on the popular video game, in two blockbuster films in 2001 and 2003, and has said she has no interest in donning that famous bikini again.

However, with her close relationship with GK Films, (they also produced her recent film The Tourist) we have to wonder if Jolie will still be involved behind the scenes!

Cameron Diaz rocks a pair of Louboutin booties and some serious 'tude for the Bad Teacher poster, and we can't wait to check out her sassy and foul-mouthed character when the film hits theaters on June 24.

Michael Lohan is currently starring on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, but Michael did leave Dr. Drew's rehab facility for a quick trip to his apartment.

Lohan tells us he wanted to check on White House Crasher Tareq Salahi who had plans to stay at Michael's pad for three weeks while Lohan filmed the show. Problem is, Lohan says Salahi has refused to pay the rent and will not leave.

Lindsay's dad tells X17online exclusively:

"White House Crashers are now Lohan crashers."

When asked for an explanation, Lohan adds:

"More like crashed it ... just like the White House. He moved in and wouldn't pay."
