It probably hasn't been the happiest of vacations for Lindsay Lohan's siblings Michael, Jr., Ali and Cody as they and mom Dina joined their sister Lindsay in Venice as she deals with her latest legal troubles.

Ali and Cody looked concerned as they chilled on their mom's balcony overlooking Venice Beach Friday as Lindsay's legal team tries to work out a plea deal for her alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace.

Ali is home-schooled, but what about Cody? Shouldn't he be in class?

Brooke and Charlie are currently locked in a battle over their twins, Bob and Max, almost 2, who had to be removed from Sheen's house on Tuesday after Brooke went to the police.

Denise Richards looked extremely concerned yesterday while out in Beverly Hills after a report claimed that her ex Charlie Sheen wanted her dead.

Denise had no comment when we asked her if she was going to let Charlie see her daughters this weekend or if she was concerned for his mental health, but we thinkg the look on her face says it all.

Even though their divorce was contentious, Denise had been supportive of Charlie in recent months, even visiting him at home while he was recently rehabbing.

But Charlie's latests rants and the revelation that he was living with two "goddesses" (one of which is a porn star) have reportedly so concerned Richards, that she is refusing to let Sheen see their daughters.

But even as recently as a few days ago, Denise said she didn't regret marrying Charlie because "he gave me the greatest gifts ... our daughters."

Miranda Kerr made her return to the catwalk this week in Paris, just two months after she gave birth to her adorable baby boy with hubby Orlando Bloom.

Kerr made a surprise appearance in the Balenciaga show on Thursday, with Orlando sitting front and center to see his model wife's return to the runway.

Miranda was also able to get in some alone time (see pix after the jump) as she strolled around Paris for a solo shopping trip.

Flynn did not watch his mom walk the runway, but looked just as picture-perfect in a blue onesie as he arrived at the airport to embark on a runway of his own.

David Beckham was all smiles on the soccer field yesterday despite losing an exhibition game against San Diego Wednesday during his return to the Galaxy after spending the winter training with Tottenham in England.

David took time out of his practice to kick the ball around with his boys. David's always been a devoted father and it seems he's only gotten happier since the announcement that he would become a dad for the fourth time this summer!

Halle Berry took home the prize for best actress for her starring role in Frankie & Alice at the NAACP Image Awards Friday night.

Also celebrating wins were Denzel Washington, who won a best actor award for The Book of Eli, LL Cool J was named outstanding actor in a drama series for NCIS: Los Angeles, Ice Cube won best supporting actor for the comedy series Are We There Yet? and Sofia Vergara, who was shut out of the Emmys and the Golden Globes, won best supporting actress for Modern Family.

Tyler Perry also took home awards for his feature film For Colored Girls, winning outstanding motion picture and directing honors at the fete.

Last night on Dateline, Charlie Sheen revealed home video footage of his "think tank" as Sheen revealed his "master plan."

The footage contains several media meetings, where the man who as already broken Twitter records plots to expand his empire even further with merchandising (one amusing discussion on how much to charge for a Charlie T-shirt takes place in the backyard.)

But it's not all work for the out-of-work actor, we even get a glimpse of a sweaty Sheen working out to Eminem and a sweet moment where Charlie reveals he keeps one of the twins' sippy cups on his mantle and touches it every time he leaves the house.

As for his "master plan"? Well...
