Beyonce smolders in the new ad for her second fragrance Heat Rush ... the follow up scent to her mega-successful perfume Heat.
When asked about the difference between the two fragrances, the 29-year-old singer tells Teen Vogue:
“Heat is a spicier scent and is bursting with the Red Vanilla Orchid. Heat Rush is fresher and lighter and the Yellow Tiger Orchid is the top note in the fragrance. I love them both for different reasons but they both feature my favorite flower, which is the orchid.â€Â
Jay-Z's wife has made sure to keep her hubby in the loop during the creative process for the fragrance.
As for whether the rapping mogul prefers B's Heat Rush scent or the original Heat, she adds, “They are both approved by him!†Makes scents!

Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller were set to appear in court on Monday, March 7 for a custody hearing, but it seems as though the pair have worked out an agreement.
The Two and a Half Men star just tweeted:
"not sure what all the legal noise is about... just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay......yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish.... odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha'!"
Mueller filed a restraining order against Sheen and asked for full custody of their 23-month-old twins Max and Bob earlier this week, and things became even more complicated when authorities removed the boys from Sheen's Sherman Oaks home. Sheen made it clear that he was looking to regain custody of their children, and he publicly released what he claims is photographic evidence of Mueller's alleged drug use.
Sheen and Mueller will return to court again March 22 to determine whether to extend the restraining order that requires the actor to stay 100 yards away from his ex-wife.

Jimmy Fallon's skit isn't nearly as hilarious as some of the loony interviews Charlie Sheen has done this week, but it certainly made us giggle!
On Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the comedian pretended to promote "Winning", a new fragrance for men that "combines the delightful aromas of sweat, cigarettes and denial." Drink it up!

Michael Douglas is enjoying the brisk New York City air as he walks his daughter Carys to school.
The actor, who is now healthy after a battle with throat cancer, is gearing up for his upcoming role as Liberace ... co-starring Matt Damon as his lover. Production is expected to begin at the end of the year.
Just last week, Michael and wife Catherine Zeta-Jones arrived at their London hotel where a fight broke out involving Zeta-Jones. The gorgeous actress claims a photographer shoved her. Zeta-Jones could be heard saying, "I want a police officer right now. He punched me!"
Glad to see Douglas has put the frightening incident behind him.
Find out why the couple were in London ... after the break.

Now that he's no longer making $1.2 million per episode on Two And A Half Men, Charlie Sheen will start Tweeting endorsements for cash, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Sheen could earn $1 million annually for gig (and anywhere from $200 to $25,000 per tweet!), and he approached Ad.ly to set up a deal. Ad.ly CEO Arnie Gullov-Singh said, “[Sheen] had the No. 1-rated show for seven years. You’d expect brands would be lining up to be involved with him in social media."
Some of the companies who advertise with Ad.ly include Sony, Microsoft, Lionsgate, Microsoft and Old Navy, but it's not clear who might be willing to work with Sheen given his recent media meltdown.

Matt Damon chatted with CNN's Piers Morgan to promote his new movie The Adjustment Bureau, and when the topic of conversation shifted to politics, the Oscar winner revealed that he is unhappy with the way the president is running the country.
Damon, a once vocal Obama supporter, added, "I really think he misinterpreted his mandate. A friend of mine said to me the other day, I thought it was a great line, 'I no longer hope for audacity.' He's doubled down on a lot of things, going back to education ... the idea that we're testing kids and we're tying teachers salaries to how kids are performing on tests, that kind of mechanized thinking has nothing to do with higher order. We're training them, not teaching them."

Chanel honored Blake Lively at a special dinner at La Grenouille in New York City last night, and the actress looked stunning when we snapped her outside of the restaurant.
Blake, who is the new face of the company's Mademoiselle handbag collection, wore a Chanel dress, Christian Louboutin shoes and Lorraine Schwartz emerald earrings, and she credits her mom for her stellar sense of style. The Gossip Girl actress recently revealed that her mother was always exposing her to couture, and she also made her own clothes, so from a very early age Blake took a keen interest in fashion.

Colcci
Think this shot will make wife Demi jealous?
Brazilian beauty and Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio sprawls out seductively on top of Ashton Kutcher, who is about to peek down the super model's denim pants ... or take them off.
The ultra sexy ad is for Brazilian fashion house Colcci's Spring/Summer 2011 denim line, but who's focusing on the jeans? This sexy pair is too distracting together for us to even notice what they've got on.
Check out one of Kutcher's first modeling pics for Abercrombie & Fitch, after the jump ...
