Brooke Mueller took her boys Bob and Max for dinner at Johnny Rockets in Hollywood tonight after spending the afternoon at her attorney's office negotiating a custody agreement with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.

While the two couldn't come to terms on physical custody and visitation of the twins, Brooke was still in a good mood as she dined with her sons. She sang to them inside the restaurant, laughing and playing with them both throughout the meal.

Sheen and Mueller divorced last summer but the drama didn't end there ... Mueller filed a restraining order against the troubled actor on Tuesday and the former couple are set to appear in court on the 22nd to decide whether the order will be extended.

Kim Kardashian picked up her stepfather Bruce Jenner at Tarzana Medical Square this afternoon, and we're not sure what the former Olympic skier was being treated for, but at least he had his gorgeous daughter on his arm!

Kim K released her new single “Jam (Turn It Up)” yesterday, and Bruce must be so proud of his daughter. Not only did she help the family make a whopping $65 million last year, but now that she's on her way to becoming a bona fide pop star, it looks like she's set to rake in even more dough in the years to come!

The actor took a day off from girlfriend Ashley Greene and lunched with a male friend in Hollywood on Wednesday, and earlier in the day we spotted him running errands with his adorable English Bulldog. But what about that solo album he's been working on? Last we heard it was set for a 2011 release, so we're hoping to hear some snippets from it this spring...

Despite what Charlie Sheen tweeted earlier this afternoon, X17online can report exclusively that the actor and ex-wife Brooke Mueller have NOT reached a custody agreement.

A source tells X17online that the mother of two "has not agreed to Charlie's custody deal," and though the former couple met with their respective attorneys today in hopes of hammering out a solution, neither side has come to an agreement ... yet. "Brooke and Charlie would both love to handle this out of court," the source added. "Going in front of a judge is not something either of them is looking forward to, so Brooke was willing to try to strike a deal today, but the offer just wasn't what she wanted. As far as I know, they're still working on it."

Sheen and Mueller were set to appear in court on Monday, March 7 for a custody hearing, and it seems like they are doing everything they can to avoid leaving the decision to the court. Just a few hours ago, the Two and a Half Men star tweeted, "not sure what all the legal noise is about... just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay......yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish.... odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha'!"

Sheen and Mueller will return to court on March 22 to determine whether to extend the restraining order that requires the actor to stay 100 yards away from his ex-wife. Mueller filed the restraining order and asked for full custody of their 23-month-old twins Max and Bob earlier this week, and things became even more complicated when authorities removed the boys from Sheen's Sherman Oaks home on Tuesday night.

And age too -- these two are 20 years apart!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and boyfriend Jason Statham were snapped shopping in Hollywood yesterday, and even though she towers over him in these high heels, he doesn't seem to mind at all. After all, she IS a Victoria's Secret angel...

Jennifer Love Hewitt did a little shopping on trendy Melrose Ave. today, and the star looked absolutely beautiful.



Check out the feathers in Hewitt's hair. We spotted Hilary Duff rocking the same 'do last month, and it's really becoming quite the hot trend in Hollywood. The "feather weave" lasts about a month and can be washed just like regular extensions.

Today we spotted Halle Berry's boyfriend Olivier Martinez lunching at The Little Door in Los Angeles, and we have no idea who this mystery gal is, but from the back she certainly bears a striking resemblance to Rihanna! Obviously it's NOT RiRi, but we're curious as to who is taking Halle's place at the table.

Halle is probably too busy fighting ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry for custody of their darling daughter Nahla to care about this, but should she be worried? After all, Olivier has a history as a serial cheater...

Justin Bieber landed at London's Heathrow airport today, and the 17-year-old pop star is thrilled to be kicking off his world tour. Justin tweeted, "#MYWORLDTOUR is back. it's time excited 2 get back out on tour and do what i love. time for the #MYWORLDTOUR to go worldwide. time 4 me and the fans and the music. im ready."

Bieber's first concert date is at the Liverpool Echo Arena next Friday, and no word on whether girlfriend Selena Gomez will visit him on the road, but we're guessing she'll make the trek across the pond at least once over the course of the next month!
