Former Arkansas governor and Fox News host Mike Huckabee was critical of Oscar winner Natalie Portman yesterday, for being pregnant out of wedlock.

The potential presidential candidate spoke on Michael Medved's radio show Monday saying:

"People see a Natalie Portman who boasts, 'We're not married but we're having these children and they're doing just fine. I think it gives a distorted image. It's unfortunate that we glorify and glamorize the idea of out-of- wedlock children."

He went so far as to call Portman's pregnancy with Black Swan costar and fiance Benjamin Millepied, "troubling."

Huckabee put it in the context of women with fewer resources that the successful actress: "Most single moms are very poor, uneducated, can't get a job, and if it weren't for government assistance, their kids would be starving to death and never have health care. And that's the story that we're not seeing."

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer is working overtime to help her client avoid some serious jail time in her felony grand theft case.

Shawn Chapman Holley and DA Danette Meyers, who is dead set on sending Lohan to jail for 6 months, will meet with Judge Keith Schwartz in his chamber next week. Lohan's lawyer will try to work out a plea deal in the felony case, according to TMZ.

Holley will ask Judge Schwartz which sentence Lindsay would most likely receive if she pleads guilty, or no contest. If Lohan is sentenced to 3 months, she will probably only serve around 18 days due to overcrowding.

Lucky for Lohan, Schwartz is known as a settlement judge, so a plea bargain could work in her favor. Either way, the troubled starlet will serve some jail time … again.

The celebrity pairings have been announced for Season 12 of Dancing With The Stars, and we couldn't be more excited!

Kendra Wilkinson, 25, will be working her butt off with Louis van Amstel on the dance floor, while Kirstie Alley, 60, has landed bad boy Maksim Chmerkovsky.

Alley, who recently lost 60lbs, will most likely keep shedding those pounds during the grueling rehearsals for the hit ABC dancing show.

With over 1.5 million Twitter followers and growing, Charlie Sheen has decided to promote his upcoming book Apocalypse Me on the social network.

When describing the meaning behind the title of the book, Sheen tweets:

"The title of my book has finally been delivered thru vast and extensive Lunar channels. Apocalypse Me. Warlock Latin for WINNING."

Now that Two and A Half Men has been cancelled for the remainder of the season, Charlie plans to make big bucks via his tweets. The embattled actor has signed on with Ad.ly to start generating cash by tweeting endorsements. He's got to make up for at least a portion of that $1.2 million dollar paycheck per episode, right?

As for his Twitter account, Mr. Sheen has already entered the record books for reaching one million followers in just 25 hours. Does all this mean he's "winning?"

Miley Cyrus wants her fans to know that she DOES miss playing Hannah Montana, despite her dad's recent statement to GQ in which he said, "The damn show destroyed my family."

While appearing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon with a faux mustache, Cyrus tried to avoid questions about her former Disney role, but admitted:

"I miss doing that stuff, too, you know."

The 18-year-old wild child quickly changed the subject to her hosting gig on Saturday Night Live this weekend. Miley adds:

"I love doing this and writing the skits and everything [on SNL]. I mean, I kinda wanna beg to let them let me stay for a little while."

Fallon continued to push the Hannah Montana topic, telling Ms. Cyrus that he loves seen her comedic side because it's "kinda fun like that."

Miley responded, "I'm fun like that." Then joked, "This is awkward!" Loves it!

Christina Aguilera was back to work yesterday after her arrest Tuesday morning for public intoxication.

Vanessa Minnillo met a pal for lunch today an literally stopped traffic in her short dress and platform boots. When Nick Lachey's bride-to-be ran across the street (jaywalking) to get to her car, she had NO problem making it across, as a couple of male drivers gladly let her pass.

We bet Ms. Mannillo will choose a show-stopping wedding gown too -- and with a bod like that, there are bound to be a few jealous boys watching when Nick kisses his bride!

Holly Holiday returns!

Glee star Kevin McHale Tweeted a pic of himself with the fabulous Gwyneth Paltrow messing around on the set of the hit TV show, which gets us super pumped for next week's episode!

We're ecstatic the Oscar winner is coming back to reprise her role on Glee for two more episodes. Her charter really brightens up the show, and we can't wait to see what will happen between sexy substitute teacher Holly Holiday and Mr. Schuester.

Apparently Paltrow’s character will be substituting for a a sex-ed class, and will also perform a tango with Mr. Schu while singing Prince's 1986 hit Kiss. Sweet!
