Charlie Sheen will be taking a break from his never-ending interviews to join his friend Sean Penn in Haiti to work with those who were devastated by the Haitian earthquake last year.

While speaking on Access Hollywood Live, Sheen confirmed the trip. The Two and A Half Men actor said:

"We have to do a couple of things first and then it looks like we're heading down. I'm excited as hell because if I can bring the attention of the world down there then clearly the tsunami (of his celebrity) keeps crashing."

Over the past year, Penn has been dedicated to his JP Haitian Relief Organization which was created to help the homeless Earthquake survivors in Haiti. The actor has been reaching out to Sheen over the past week ... hoping the embattled actor will fly to Haiti to support the cause.

Sheen leaves for Haiti next week. Charlie, who was called anti-Semitic for a recent rant against Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre, also discussed being Jewish. Find out what Sheen had to say ... after the jump.

Britney Spears stopped by KIIS-FM this morning to chat about Femme Fatale with Ryan Seacrest.

During her On Air with Ryan Seacrest interview, Spears revealed she'll be performing three songs March 29th on Good Morning America. As for her thoughts on the new CD, Brit says:

"It’s, I think, my best work yet. I love the album, I actually listened to it on the way over here. It’s definitely something that you want to work out to. It’s definitely upbeat. Will.i.am’s on the record and I’m a dancer so it’s definitely something I can work with. It’s just really fun, it’s a really really fun record.”

The 29-year-old singer, who just released her latest single Till The World Ends yesterday, also discussed beau Jason Trawick's muscular body. Brit adds:

“He’s definitely ripped. He just got on this health kick.”

Heidi Montag has officially signed on to season five of Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab, X17online has learned exclusively.

While it was reported the reality star was in talks to appear on the show for her addiction to pain pills, Montag was taken to the sober house two days ago to begin the 21-day rehab program.

A source close to the situation tells X17online exclusively:

"Heidi was dropped off at the house two days ago by a friend, not Spencer. She is going to be on season five with the rest of the cast, but they were going to make her share a room with DC Housewife Michaele Salahi, and she threw a huge fit about it. Heidi had an absolute meltdown and was taken out of the room she had to share. There was major drama going down about where Heidi has to stay, and show producers had to switch up the room assignments just to accommodate her."

No wonder there's drama.

Montag will join just-announced cast members: New York Mets pitching great Dwight "Doc" Gooden, Real Housewives of D.C's Tareq and Michaele Salahi, actress Bai Ling, Michael Lohan, and Baywatch star Jeremy Jackson.

Sirius XM is getting into the business of Charlie Sheen.

The satellite radio provider announced that they would be launching "Tiger Blood Radio" on Saturday, a temporary channel that will "explore the breaking news, facts, fallout and career implications of the Charlie Sheen controversy."

The broadcast will begin on Saturday March 5 at 6 a.m. and end Sunday March 6 at 6 a.m.

In the 24 hour lineup, all aspects of the Sheen explosion will be covered, including medical, legal and psychological implications of his recent rants.

But there will also be interviews with Sheen’s ex-fiancée and Spice Radio host Ginger Lynn and porn-star Kacey Jordan. The channel will also play clips from Playboy Radio's recent interviews with one of Sheen's "Goddesses", Bree Olson.

Sounds like 24 hours of fun!

Fresh off a hot role in Burlesque, Dancing With the Stars alum Julianne Hough announced on Twitter Thursday night she's set to star opposite Tom Cruise in the upcoming Rock of Ages.

"Seriously you guys, I'm dying right now. I'm so excited and can't wait for this journey of becoming Sherri. It all starts NOW!," Hough tweeted.

The 22 year-old will play Sherri, a small-town girl who catches the eye of heavy metal rocker Stacee Jaxx, played by 48-year-old Cruise.

The adapted Broadway play is built around classic rock hits from the '80s -- especially the glam rock hits of the day from the likes of Styx, Journey, Bon Jovi, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Steve Perry, Poison and Asia.

We can't wait to hear Cruise and Hough belt out these cheesy (but oh so wonderful) tunes!

Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez and Randy Jackson couldn't be happier with American Idol's Top 13, and these lucky contestants earned their spot thanks to viewers!

On last night's show, eleven Idol hopefuls were given the boot. Although the viewers' votes helped to determine the Top 13, the judges did choose six of the contestants to "sing for their lives."

Ashthon Jones (in purple and black dress) blew everyone away with her performance of Jennifer Hudson's "And I'm Telling You."

After Jones belted out the powerful song, Lopez told her, “I felt your passion and how much you want to be here — and you deserve to be here.”

The American version of Simon Cowell's X Factor is six months away, but the buzz surrounding who will be chosen to fill the judge's seats is definitely heating up.

Cowell, who will be one of four judges, has thrown several names around recently including Paula Abdul, former Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger, Mariah Carey and George Michael. But the seats have yet to be filled.

Recent rumors of Jessica Simpson joining the show have also been spreading, after Cowell revealed:

"[Two days ago], we met somebody who I've never met before in my life, who I just loved. And that's why it's good to kind of delay the process. It's not about necessarily the TV show per se, it's people. You genuinely gotta trust that they're gonna be able to do the job you're paying them to do. And like I said, a hit-maker who worked in America and has had experience, I think is crucial to this panel as well."

Unlike American Idol, X Factor has no age limit and will feature a $5 million top prize for the winner. Auditions begin March 27 in Los Angeles, and on-air auditions will take place before a live audience of 5,000, in a concert-like setting.

There's no stopping teen sensation Justin Bieber ... even at the box office! The 16-year-old's docu-style 3-D film Never Say Never has grossed over $64 million, according to Box Office Mojo. No wonder he's in such a great mood while leaving his Birmingham hotel in the UK before his big show tonight.

This incredible box office total has earned Biebs' flick the #3 spot on the top-grossing documentaries list of all time. You go, boy!

March of the Penguins currently holds the #2 spot with $77 million, but analysts say Never Say Never will be taking that spot in no time. As for the #1 grossing docu of all time, Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 holds the spot with $119 million.

Just last week, Never Say Never's director's cut was released ... bringing in another $9 million.
