Keith Richards' daughter, supermodel Theodora, was arrested Tuesday night in New York City for allegedly vandalizing a building in SoHo.

Richards was taken into custody around 10:45 p.m. after cops say the model was
using a "paint marker" to graffiti the letters "T♥A" onto the side of a Soho building, which reportedly houses St. Anthony's Convent.

After being taken into custody, Richards was searched and law enforcement found marijuana and a controlled substance (eight-and-a-half hydrocodone pain relieving pills) on her person.

Richards is currently in the custody of the NYPD awaiting arraignment, which will most likely take place this afternoon.

Update: Theodora Richards appeared at Manhattan Criminal Court on Wednesday for her arraignment, and she was released without bail. Richards did not enter a plea, and did not comment to reporters as she left the courtroom. She is due back in court April 21.

The 24-year-old Jennifer's Body star has been showing lots of skin lately for the designer's lingerie line.

Sounds a lot like Britney Spears!

Kim Kardashian has been hard at work on her music career and her first single, produced by The Dream, has finally dropped! The reality show star premiered Turn It Up on (her boss) Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning.

Kardashian told Seacrest this morning:

"It's a fun dance song. We played it in Tao in Vegas and the whole crowd was singing along in the end."

When asked about plans for an actual album, Kim K said: "Absolutely nothing. Just have fun. It's all in fun."

The track will be featured on her show Kourtney and Kim Take Manhattan on Sunday, and proceeds from the purchase of this song will be donated to charity.

Serena Williams was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Monday for a blood clot in her lungs, according to People.

Williams' rep said her client suffered a pulmonary embolism last week, and she was hospitalized for "a hematoma suffered as a result of treatment for a more critical situation." Her rep added, "Doctors are continuing to monitor her situation closely to avoid additional complications."

Last night the 29-year-old tennis star tweeted, "Tough day..." and she also responded to BFF Kim Kardashian's excitement over her new music video, so it sounds like she's on the road to recovery.

After being let go from his coveted job as lead designer at Christian Dior, due to anti-Semitic slurs he's made, John Galliano has released a formal apology to all those he may have offended.

Galliano released a statement Wednesday expressing:

"Since the events of last Thursday evening I have not been able to make any public comment on what took place based upon advice from my French lawyer. However, given the continuing delays at the French Prosecutor's Office I should make my position clear. I completely deny the claims made against me and have fully co-operated with the police investigation. A number of independent witnesses have given evidence and have told the police that I was subjected to verbal harassment and an unprovoked assault when an individual tried to hit me with a chair having taken violent exception to my look and my clothing."

The designer goes on to say:

"For these reasons I have commenced proceedings for defamation and the threats made against me. However, I fully accept that the accusations made against me have greatly shocked and upset people. I must take responsibility for the circumstances in which I found myself and for allowing myself to be seen to be behaving in the worst possible light. I only have myself to blame and I know that I must face up to my own failures and that I must work hard to gain people's understanding and compassion."

Thankfully Galliano has decided to seek treatment, he reveals:

"To start this process I am seeking help and all I can hope for in time is to address the personal failure which led to these circumstances and try and earn people's forgiveness."

The designer reportedly left France Wednesday to enter a rehabilitation facility for alcohol abuse, according to the New York Times. While it is unknown exactly where he is seeking treatment, it's been rumored the designer is at The Meadows facility in Wickenberg, Ariz., where Donatella Versace and Elton John have also been treated.

Kendra Wilkinson is enjoying her comfy clothes … flip flops and all … before the hardcore costume fittings begin for the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars. Ms. Wilkinson will be getting her groove on with dancing pro Louis van Amstel!

The former Girls Next Door, and mom of 1-year-old son Hank, is just about back to her pre-baby Playboy Playmate size, and with all of this dancing, she's going to be looking like the old-school Kendra we fell in love with years ago.

Kendra is following in the footsteps of her former Girls Next Door co-star Holly Madison who was part of DWTS back in 2009.

We can't wait to see Hank Baskett's wifey shaking her tight tushy on the dance floor!

Last night a handful of celebs attended Justin Bieber's birthday dinner at Maggiano's Little Italy at the Grove in Los Angeles, and Justin still isn't legal, but it doesn't look like that matters to his slightly older girlfriend Selena Gomez! Around 2am Justin tweeted, "great bday. flew in grandma and got my cake. hung out with friends. got surprised. and you all helped #makeachange with @charitywater." I suppose he's not a kid anymore, but what was he doing up until 2!?
