Last night authorities took Charlie Sheen's twin sons Bob and Max from his Sherman Oaks home and handed them over to ex-wife Brooke Mueller, and the actor launched a counter attack at Mueller, claiming she was using drugs as recently as last week. Mueller obtained a restraining order yesterday after Sheen allegedly threatened to cut off her head, put it in a box and send it to her mother, and now Sheen seems prepared to do whatever it takes to battle Brooke for custody of their two sons.

Sheen and girlfriend Natalie Kenly claim Mueller was sent home from the Bahamas last week because they discovered "drug paraphernalia and cocaine in the bathroom of her resort", and Sheen has what he claims is photographic evidence showing Mueller's drug use, and he plans to present it in court as early as this week in an attempt to get his sons back. Sheen shared the images with Radar Online, and they show a supposed crack pipe, foil, spoons, drug residue and Mueller's driver's license which had been used to cut up lines of cocaine, according to Sheen.

Sheen said, "Look at what I'm protecting [the kids] from, her lies ... look at [the] absolute chaos." When reminded that Mueller had the right to use prescription medications, Sheen said, “Yeah, but it doesn’t have the right prescription on the bottle ... unless she tattooed one her liver.” Sheen declared, “Look at that, zoom in on a couple of things: spoons and then right here, I gotta believe a judge is going to frown on that -- a home made crack pipe ... I’ve been looking at it too long, that’s why I divorced the b*tch.” Sheen claims Mueller had been snorting and smoking cocaine at his home in the days before the Bahamas trip, and Kenly said she had a "serious talk" with Mueller about not doing drugs before their vacation, but Sheen's ex-wife didn't keep her promise. When asked how Mueller could fight her struggle with addiction, Sheen responded, “I don’t really have any interest in that, I don’t care. How dare you? How dare you? You’re a better parent than me? Shame on you. Your day is coming and it’s coming fast.”

Sheen appeared on camera and made a desperate plea for Mueller to call him and said, "We do not know the location [of the boys]. There's gotta be laws against that." Sheen also appeared on ABC and said, "At this moment on live television, I do not know where my children are but I'm not panicking. I've professed in ... the last few days to not deal and come from a place of panic, ego, emotion any of that. I've stayed very calm and focused."

Christina Aguilera’s mugshot was not supposed to be released, however the singer’s booking photo has hit the web … on what appears to be a photograph taken off a computer screen. E! Online obtained the photo.

When X17online contacted the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department, they told us exclusively, “We don’t know how that got out. The situation is currently under investigation.”

The 30-year-old Burlesque star and her boyfriend Matthew Rutler were taken into custody Tuesday morning at 2:45am. Rutler was charged with driving under the influence … and Aguilera, a passenger in the car, was booked for public intoxication.

In a press release from the Sheriff’s Department, Aguilera’s mugshot was addressed with the following statement:

“Because she was taken into custody solely for her safety and the safety of the public, no charges will be filed. As a result, her booking photo will not be released.”

Aguilera’s camp has yet to comment on the mugshot’s release.

Justin Bieber celebrated the big 1-7 by taking his lady love Selena Gomez for a little shopping trip to a swanky mall in Beverly Hills. When your guy takes you shopping for his birthday, he's definitely a keeper!

Police have removed Charlie Sheen’s twin sons from his Los Angeles home under a judge's order, and they are now in the custody of soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller, RadarOnline reports.

In light of recent events surrounding the troubled actor, Mueller went to an LA court to convince a judge Sheen is not fit to be granted full-custody of their children.

Sheen filed for full custody of Max and Bob, who turn two years old this month.

After the twins were removed from the actor's home, he told Radar:

“My fangs are dripping tiger blood.”

Earlier today, Mueller won a restraining order requesting the former Two And a Half Men star stay at least 100 yards away, and have no contact with her.

X17online exclusively reported earlier today that Brooke Mueller's nanny was turned away from Charlie Sheen's home when she attempted to pick up the former couple's twin boys, Max and Bob, and - according to our source - Charlie wouldn't let the boys go.

Mueller then went to the police station attempting to get help from law enforcement.

Now Brooke's attorney just got an emergency order in L.A. County Superior Court (without giving notice to Sheen) which requires the actor to stay 100 yards away from Brooke and to have absolutely no contact with her, TMZ reports.

The custody issue of Sheen and Mueller's children was apparently raised in court but has yet to be resolved.

Charlie and Brooke's divorce was finalized last month with joint custody granted, but physical custody given to Brooke and visitation to Charlie.

The sitcom had 11.6 million viewers (3.2/9 in adults 18-49), making it the most watched episode on television.

CBS' Mike & Molly (which had 11.4 million) and How I Met Your Mother (9.3 mil) weren't far behind...

Sheen himself appeared on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight at 9pm last night.
