John Galliano was suspended by Dior on Friday after three individuals accused him of racial abuse, and now the fashion designer is facing charges of defamation, injury, and menace along with potential jail time!

Galliano was arrested last Thursday for verbally assaulting Philippe Virgiti and Géraldine Bloch at La Perle cafe in Paris, and a third unnamed person is filing charges against the designer for a similar incident that took place several months ago. The Sun has a video of Galliano drunkenly proclaiming, "I love Hitler ... People like you would be dead. Your mothers, your forefathers, would all be f*cking gassed." When the woman recording the video asks if he has a problem, he responds, "With you. You're ugly." It appears as though the woman in the video is the one who is now stepping forward, and Bloch and Virgiti accused Galliano of similar racial insults at the exact same bar.

Galliano is expected to meet with all three plaintiffs today, and his lawyer has reportedly produced three witness reports that state Galliano never made "any racist or anti-Semitic remarks." If convicted for insult, Galliano could face up to a year in prison and a fine of 22,500 euros (about $31,000), and if he's convicted of defamation, he faces a year in prison and a fine of 45,000 euros (about $62,000).

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly signed a deal worth $3,400,000 to pose fully nude in a new book shot by controversial photographer Terry Richardson.

In the mold of Madonna's Sex, Lindsay will apparently go "full frontal" in a series of sexy and "graphic" shots, according to the Daily Mirror.

And while Madonna chose Vanilla Ice as her muse, Lindsay will apparently be enlisted Oscar co-host and former fling James Franco to get naked with her in the borderline pornographic photos.

Madonna made waves in 1992 when she released her book, which contained plenty of nudity, S&M images and anal oral-sex, shot by famed fashion photographer Steven Meisel.

Lindsay's photog, Terry Richardson, not only garnered criticism for his "child porn-like" images of Glee stars for GQ, but he also faced allegations last year that he sexually abused many of the young models he photographed (often naked.)

Charlie Sheen made the rounds on the morning talk show circuit over the weekend. During his ABC interview, Sheen was asked if he plans to sue CBS. He responded with the following:

"Wouldn't you? I don't have a job. I got a whole family to support ... They're gonna put [the money] on a scale and say, 'A little more, a little more. Add some gold! Add some gold! Bingo!' ... I'm here to collect."

In addition to suing CBS, Sheen also mentions filing a lawsuit against show creator Chuck Lorre for breach of contract.

Various online reports claim that the embattled star wants to return to Two and A Half Men for season 9 and 10, but wants $3 million per episode.

Hours before Academy Award winner Reese Witherspoon hit the red carpet for last night's Oscars, the perky actress made a stop at the Brentwood Country Mart on Sunday morning to run some errands.
