In other Jakey news, the actor is in talks to star in The Bourne Legacy, which hits theaters in 2012. Tobey Maguire, Garrett Hedlund, Taylor Kitsch, Kellan Lutz and William Pitt are also reportedly being looked at for the role, so it should be interesting to see who they cast! And no, they wouldn't be playing a young Jason Bourne, but rather another assassin on the run from authorities.

Yesterday we spotted Charlie Sheen's adorable twin boys Bob and Max with their nanny in the Hollywood Hills, and noticeably absent was mom Brooke Mueller.

Mueller, along with porn star Bree Olson and Sheen's new girlfriend Natalie Kenly, had joined Sheen on a trip to the Bahamas, but when the actor called in to Pat O'Brien's radio show yesterday afternoon, he revealed that Brooke had broken off from the group.

"Let me say this of the goddesses - the scoreboard doesn't lie," he said. "We all have a marriage of the hearts. There was a huge firestorm about Brooke being part of our crew but where there were four there are now three. Goodbye Brooke and good luck on your travels." Surely she's gotta be home by now, right?

Penelope Cruz was spotted in Santa Monica on Friday, and the Oscar winning actress looks like she's more than ready to work it on the red carpet this Sunday at the Kodak Theater.

As you know, her hubby Javier Bardem is nominated for his role in Biutiful, and when he won the prize for Best Actor at Spain's Goya Awards earlier this month, he dedicated the award to Penelope and their newborn son. We're certain Penelope will get a shout out at this year's Academy Awards if Javier wins, but can he beat out Colin Firth for The King's Speech?

On Friday Jessica Alba went to the gym in Hollywood, and the pregnant actress is just barely starting to show her baby bump. Or maybe that's just a bulky sweater? Either way, she looks amazing!
