Michael Lohan says he wants the entire family to be there for his daughter Lindsay while she goes through this felony grand theft case, however an incident yesterday at the courthouse involving his ex Dina has him fired up.

Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"When Dina left the courtroom and we were getting on the elevator, when she was told by Lindsay and by myself to try to be decent about things, right away she had to pull out her ridiculous order of protection card and say she didn't want me on the elevator with them."

When asked whether he thinks the family will come together for Lilo's sake, he adds:

"I've been begging Dina to come together. My hands have been out, my arms have been open. I've been trying to get on the same page. I don't know what she can't get past. First it's money and support. I give her money and support ... if it's not one thing, it's another. It's just a never ending story."

Drew Barrymore turned 36 on Tuesday, and yesterday we spotted the actress and her new boyfriend Will Kopelman sharing a belated birthday lunch at Joan's on Third in West Hollywood. Kopelman is the son of former Chanel CEO Arie Kopelman, and he's currently working as an art consultant.

Later in the evening the duo dined at E. Baldi Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills, so it looks like Drew's having an amazing birthday week! We're dying to know what kind of presents Will got his lady love ... hopefully he spoiled her rotten!

90210's AnnaLynne McCord is kicking butt and taking names in the new action movie Blood Out ... also starring a super buff 50 Cent.

The gorgeous blonde plays Anya, an undercover agent who falls in love with a small town sheriff played by Luke Goss. As for 50 Cent, he plays a detective ready to take on some hardcore gang members.

In the trailer, AnnaLynne also shows she knows how to handle a gun. Loves it!

Blood Out, also starring Val Kilmer, splatters into theaters on April 26.

While out running errands in Beverly Hills, former American Idol judge Paula Abdul looks incredibly sexy in a short ruffled dress.

Despite her reality show Live To Dance reportedly being canceled after only one season, the 48-year-old singer has a spring in her step and seems to be handling the news with a smile.

The dance show drew in 10.2 million viewers for its debut show on January 4th, but by the finale, only 4.71 million tuned in.

Perhaps Paula will turn to buddy Simon Cowell for a few guest appearances on his upcoming show X Factor. No one can deny that smile!

Larry King appeared on Piers Morgan Tonight ready to tackle the controversy that erupted after the legendary CNN host questioned Morgan's use of the word "dangerous" in show promos ... admitting the British host may have "oversold" himself.

During the CNN interview, King asked Morgan:

"Were you being facetious when you said you were dangerous? Was that an attempt at British humor?"

Morgan then asked King whether he has watched any of his shows. King relied:

"About eight. I haven't seen you dangerous yet. I said you're capable."

When explaining what he meant in the promo by using the word "dangerous," Morgan added:

"We couldn't come in and undersell. I'm following a legend. You can't follow Sinatra in Vegas and say, 'By the way, I'm not very good, and this is going to be useless.'"

Later in the interview, Morgan admitted to King, "I was only kidding. British humor."

And get this -- Kim's co-star will be none other than John Travolta, who has already been cast as John Gotti. This is going to be one heck of a movie!

The film is reportedly being be produced by Gotti's son, John Gotti Jr., who is married to the real-life Kim Gotti, so being cast by Gotti's actual offspring has got to be quite the compliment for Ms. K!
