Well, wouldn't you know it, Charlie Sheen's new girlfriend is 24 year-old model/nanny/cheerleader/graphic designer Natalie Kenly from Sherman Oaks.

X17 snapped the above EXCLUSIVE photos on Monday while Sheen was shooting an educational video for at-risk kids for his pal Todd Zeile's foundation L.I.F.E.

While on a smoke-break from filming, Charlie smooched his new girl and pronounced her name was "none of [our] F-ing business."

But her identity's out there now and this lovely archive photo [mug shot at right] is out there as well ...

Kenly was arrested in 2006 for giving alcohol to a minor -- just a month after she turned 21 -- at party spot Lake Havasu, Arizona.

Meanwhile, Kenly appears to be living the high life now, bunking with Charlie in his multi-million dollar estate off Mulholland Drive. Can you believe the game this guy has? He's chillin' with soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller, porn star Bree Olson and Natalie all under the same roof! Reports claim Brooke and the twins have moved back in with Charlie and we can only imagine Bree's been enjoying sleepovers! Wow, sounds like quite a party!

The Venice jeweler accusing Lindsay Lohan of having stolen a $2500 necklace isn't the only pricey jewelry store tempting Lindsay with their pieces ...

Michael Lohan went to West Hollywood jeweler Roseark just two months ago to confront the owner, Kathy Rose, about some items she had sent to Lindsay while in rehab at Betty Ford. Lohan approached the swanky retail store and buzzed at the gate but the owners wouldn't let him in. Instead, a heated discussion continued via intercom.

Michael was asking the owners to stop sending jewelry to Lindsay (which he claims they'd be doing for about a year), trying to solicit her to purchase some of the pieces. As Michael has said before, it's common practice for jewelry stores and clothing stores to "lend" pieces to celebs and to "gift" items. But now he's revealing the practice of high-end stores sending items to a star, expecting they may buy a few of the pieces and return the rest. Only problem is that it puts the burden on the celeb to get everything back to the shop in tip-top condition and in a timely manner -- NOT the type of liability you would expect someone in rehab needs to be taking on.

Michael tried to explain that Lindsay didn't need to be buying jewelry while in rehab -- that she had other things to focus on. He was asking -- begging -- Roseark to STOP sending jewelry to his daughter but their response seemed dubious ...

Aww! Scream 4 starlet Hayden Panettiere grabbed lunch in Venice with some pals on Tuesday, and was delighted to pet a cute canine chained up outside the restaurant. So adorbs!

Panettiere, who played Amanda Knoc in Lifetime's Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy, tells USA Today about the TV movie:

"I spent five weeks reading testimony, finding new information and discussing the case. I watched videos of her with her friends and listened to the way she spoke. But I didn't talk to her or her family. She did want to be with me at one point, but she has only two days a week to talk to her family and have visitors, and it didn't seem right to monopolize her time.



The audience can make up their own minds. Regardless of what happened, this young girl had dreams and aspirations. She wasn't a malicious girl. My job was to play her as innocent as I could."

A tan and/or bronzed Zac Efron still looks as young as ever! The 23-year-old is busy filming New Year's Eve, director Garry Marshall's quasi sequel to Valentine's Day, in New York City.

Even though it's an all-star cast of Hollywood's elite, the only other actor in Efron's age range is Glee's Lea Michele. Could those two enjoy an on-screen romance in the upcoming rom-com?

The film comes out in theaters on December 9th.
