Jessica Biel certainly didn't let the chilly temperatures in New York City get the better of her last night! We spotted the starlet arriving at her hotel in the Big Apple, and she flashed us her megawatt smile as she headed back through the swinging doors.

The Qaddafi family reportedly paid Mariah Carey $1 million to sing at their New Year's party in the Caribbean two years ago, according to American diplomatic cables obtained by WikiLeaks.

X17online spotted troubled Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen filming an educational video to help at-risk inner city kids in South Central LA the other day - for the L.I.F.E. (Los Angeles Institute For Film Education) series - AND smooching a hot blonde.

Now there's a report on The Sun alleging that Sheen's new girlfriend is his "rehab nurse."

The actor is currently receiving at-home rehabilitation treatment. Is she really his nurse? If so, the treatment definitely seems to be working!

After Lindsay's courtroom appearance, Michael Lohan held a press conference outside to give his thoughts on his daughter's situation.

When asked how Lindsay is holding up, Michael said:

"She's taking it seriously. She's very concerned about this. She realizes she takes chances. She does the right thing. She goes to AA all the time. She's always clear eyed and very focused. She's got a lot of things on her plate ... a lot of decisions to make, but shes making the right ones."

As for the jewelry situation, Lohan adds:

"Couldn’t they have come back to Lindsay and called her? It's a $2500 necklace. Someone else saw it in the store for $800. I called up the store and said leave my daughter alone. Don’t send her any jewelry. I went to the store myself to evaluate the jewelry."

Michael also commented on the white dress Lindsay wore last time to court. He says, "It wasn’t a low cut dress. It was a beautiful dress and it was pure and wholesome."

Earlier this morning, Lohan told us that he's hoping his ex-wife Dina will put their differences aside for Lindsay. Michael added, "I think that Lindsay really needs her family by her side."

Lindsay Lohan appeared in court this morning to face felony grand theft charges for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from Kamofie and Company in Venice, and Judge Keith Schwartz warned Lohan that if the case was settled before him (either with her pleading guilty or no contest to the charges), it will "involve jail time, period."

Judge Schwartz has moved Lohan's preliminary hearing to March 10, giving her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley time to look over the plea deal offered by prosecutor Danette Meyers. Because the plea deal has Lohan facing jail time, Judge Schwartz noted that he didn't think Lohan would accept the offer, in which case she will be at the mercy of the court and appear before a different judge at a later date. If Lohan doesn't agree to a plea deal, she will go to trial, and if found guilty of the charges, she could face a year in prison. It seems like there's still a huge chance she could end up behind bars, but Lindsay has made it clear that it's a risk she's willing to take.

Judge Schwartz also noted that he was interested seeing what "additional probation might be appropriate," such as seeing a therapist and seeking a sponsor who will help keep her away from substance abuse issues and "reach the potential [she has]."

Lohan is set to face Judge Elden Fox on Friday regarding battery charges resulting from her December altercation with an employee at the Betty Ford Center.

Can't she just stay out of trouble for one full week?

Lohan was pulled over by L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies in West Hollywood Sunday night around 9pm in the 400 block of San Vicente Boulevard, for allegedly going twice the speed limit. But she was in her black Porsche, so we kind of get why it's hard for her to drive slow.

The West Hollywood Sheriff's Department tells X17online Lindsay was stopped for going 59 mph in a 30 mile zone, but was "totally cooperative with the Sheriff's Department" when she was pulled over.

While we're not exactly sure where the Herby: Fully Loaded star was speeding to, we're guessing La Lohan was headed to some after-parties for the NBA All-Star game, which were happening near the area where she was pulled over.

At the end of the day, at least the speeding ticket will cost way less than her current courtroom drama has!

So what's she wearing today? After the sexy (and incredibly inappropriate) body-hugging white Kimberly Ovitz dress she wore two weeks ago, it seems like Lilo has taken mom Dina's advice and gone with a more conservative outfit. Dina told E!, "The dress wasn't risque, it came down to her knees. I told her that tomorrow she's got to wear a black pantsuit."

Michael Lohan is at the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles in support of his daughter Lindsay ... who just arrived moments ago with mom, Dina Lohan.

From inside the courthouse, Michael tells X17online exclusively:

"I think that Lindsay really needs her family by her side. If Dina can't put our differences aside, which caused this mess in the first place, then these problems are never going to end. Dina has to work with me and not against me. No matter what problems Dina has with me, she can't put the kids in the middle or alienate me from their lives."

When asked about Lindsay's situation, Michael adds, "We're praying for her."
