Dina Lohan is in Beverly Hills to support her daughter Lindsay who will be appearing before a judge within the hour on felony grand theft charges.

As Lindsay's mom left a nail salon, she commented on her thoughts of Lilo heading to court again. When asked if she's worried, Dina tells our videographer:

"I don't know if worried is the word for it... just pray."

Our videographer asks if Ms. Lohan will be moving to Los Angeles to be closer to Linds. Dina says, "I'm actually here a lot. Trust me. I just hide."

Dina is expected to arrive with Lindsay at the Los Angeles Airport Courthouse.

And he's brought his briefcase, so it must be important!

We spotted Nick's sexy self on his way to a meeting with his agents Tuesday in Beverly Hills, and it sounds like the pop singer's got a lot to do before he jets out of LA.

The hottest Jonas brother recently Tweeted:

"Running some errands around LA before I leave for DC... So excited for the Motown tribute this week!"

Nick is headed to the White House for the Feb. 24 event in honor of Black History Month, and he is set to perform alongside Smokey Robinson, Natasha Bedingfield, Sheryl Crow, Jamie Foxx, Gloriana, Ledisi, John Legend, Amber Riley, Mark Salling, Seal and Jordin Sparks.

Sounds like it's going to be a busy week for Nick!

Lindsay Lohan is due back at the Airport Courthouse this morning for her grand theft case, and she's set to appear at the Beverly Hills courthouse on Friday for a probation violation hearing. Talk about a stressful week!

Two weeks ago Lohan pleaded not guilty to a felony grand theft charge that she stole a $2,500 necklace from Kamofie and Company in Venice, and Judge Keith Schwartz may come down hard on the actress and slap her with a jail sentence, according to a handful of legal experts. Sources tell the LA Times Lohan is not close to reaching a plea deal, and prosecutors are "unlikely to accept a settlement in the case without some amount of jail time." Lohan is already on probation for her 2007 DUIs, and if convicted of the theft charge, Lohan could face up to three years in state prison.

The actress will then face Judge Elden Fox on February 25 regarding possible battery charges following her December altercation with an employee at the Betty Ford Center.

"... Oh and Hong Kong, I'm pretty much in love with your city"

And Hong Kong loves her too! While on the Asian leg of her tour, the 21-year-old superstar received platinum sales plaques for achieving platinum status with her albums Speak Now and Fearless in Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia and the Philippines. Congrats girl!

Justin Bieber took some time off from his busy schedule to make a surprise guest appearance on Ellen to give the daytime talk-show host a belated b-day gift, and set the record straight on who actually inspired his awesome 'do.

The tween heartthrob tells Ellen on his new haircut:

"Ellen: Look at your cute little haircut! You got a brand new haircut. Don't you love his haircut? Cheers I like it.
Justin: I was inspired by yours.
Ellen: By my haircut?
Justin: By yours.
Ellen: I know, eventually it'd come around. It's adorable. Were people like, "Hey, don't cut it!" Were people freaking out?
Justin: Yeah, but I was like, "I don't really care."
Ellen: I like it because you can't do the same thing over and over again. You have to change it up. I think it's great. I love your haircut.
Justin: Thank you."

Who would have thought DeGeneres would inspire such an iconic 'do? And to thank the funny lady for giving him the idea for his unique look, the Never Say Never star did the unthinkable ... he gave her a lock of his hair for her birthday!

Ellen: Yep. Are you going to fulfill your promise finally? My birthday present.

Justin: Yes, it's really my hair. But there's a perk. I wanted to do something good. I'm giving pieces of it to different people.
Ellen: So I'm not the only one getting it? I asked a long time ago for it.
Justin: The thing is, we're doing something special. We want you to donate it to whatever charity you want.
Ellen: Really? I can auction it off if I put it on my website?
Justin: Yes.
Ellen: You're going to sign this and I'm going to auction this off on our website. I'm going to give the money to the Gentle Barn which is a great organization."

Awww! We love to hear stars giving back, what a great idea Justin! Ellen better keep that hair in a safe until auction time, because a lock of "The Biebe's" hair is definitely priceless.
