Cameron Diaz was grinning ear-to-ear when leaving a sushi date at Matsuhisa with her current boyfriend Alex Rodriguez last night, and we think we know why! Could the confirmed bachelorette be considering a walk down the aisle with the Yankees slugger soon?

While posing for pix, photogs asked Cam if she and A-Rod were getting ready to tie the knot. And we thought we detected a little nod yes!

A-Rod didn't deny it either when photogs congratulated him on his pending nuptials! So what do you think, will Cameron become the second Mrs. Rodriguez?

Cameron and A-Rod have been together for about a year now, after meeting at a post Super Bowl party in 2010. The couple has been spotted in Mexico vacationing with his kids and at the 2011 Super Bowl, weirdly feeding each other popcorn.

Last summer, Cameron revealed that she wasn't intent on settling down anytime soon, saying, "Who would want to be with the same person for 80 years? Why not break it up a little bit. Have someone for five years and another person for another five years."

But has Rodriguez forced her to change her mind?

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards is speaking out on the Two And a Half Men star's recent troubles, and she tells the ladies of The View, she's not surprised.

"No, I mean it doesn't. I mean, you know this is Charlie's lifestyle. He makes no bones about it... and it is what it is. It's just Charlie. There are times where his life is more colourful than others, more public than others, and as the kids get older it's a difficult thing."

The 40-year-old actress and mother of daughters Sam and Lola adds:

"I'm learning as I go too... So I do the best I can and it's not easy. You know what? It's honestly not my place to judge this situation. It really isn't…I think that you should have him on the show and get into details of what's going on. My concern is our kids."

While in New York to show off her gorgeous L.A.M.B. collection for NY Fashion Week, Gwen Stefani looked every bit the fashion icon as she stepped out of her luxe hotel in the Big Apple.

The No Doubt singer, wearing signature red lipstick, was on her way to her runway show.

With a flowy, off-the-shoulder jumpsuit from her own collection, Kingston and Zuma's hot mama gave X17 a smile as she worked that wild print for the cameras. Check out that bun!

After her successful fashion show, Gwen brought out Kingston to the runway. Adorbs!



The 41-year-old rocker also talked about the comeback of No Doubt. She tells USA Today:

“That I have no idea. We are making a record. We have 10 songs in it. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The reason it’s taking so long is because I’m a mom, and I’m doing all these things.”

Doctors have determined Los Angeles CBS reporter Serene Branson suffered "complex migraine headache" while delivering a live report at the Grammys which caused her to speak gibberish.

Although many believed she may have suffered a stroke, doctors says she had "dysphasic language dysfunction" ... a condition in which people can't get the words out even though they know what they want to say.

Branson recalls the incident telling KCBS:

"I was having trouble remembering the word for Grammy. I knew what I wanted to say, but I didn't have the words to say it. I started to think the words on the page are blurry. And I could notice that my thoughts were not forming the way they normally do."

Branson adds, "I was embarrassed, I was terrified and confused, confused – what had just happened?"

The KCBS reporter has now returned back to work and plans to spread awareness on complex migraine headaches.

Dina Lohan says tonight on 20/20: "I believe [that Lindsay doesn't drink anymore], and I think it's gonna be a lifelong struggle with addiction. But I think she's gonna be okay."

Stage mom to the 24-year-old troubled actress, Dina Lohan has been criticized for her parenting skills -- and not just by her ex, Michael. The piece seems to be as much an investigation into Lindsay as it is into the mother behind her -- the mother who has taken Linds and her underage daughter Ali to nightclubs, who reportedly home schools Ali, and who is in a constant legal battle with Michael Lohan over child support and other issues.

Still, Dina trains the focus on her daughter, saying: "She's a young girl struggling. You know, she's not perfect ... She's learning as she goes, but she's learning under a microscope, so I can't even imagine how that is."

As for how Dina handled Lindsay's addiction, she tells 20/20 reporter Chris Cuomo: "I knew early on, I just didn't tell anyone about it. It was a personal situation." She says the trouble began almost immediately after her daughter moved to LA by herself, at 18.

"I saw it visually, what was happening. You know, I'm around my children. I was around Lindsay a lot, and I saw what was happening. I grabbed the bull by the horns and tried to get her help immediately."

Lindsay checked into rehab at 2007 but was busted for DUI a few months later. Her life seems to have been in a downward spiral every since. Dina says she never saw it coming: "I never thought it would be this -- the media would be so crazy. I really never thought it would get to this level. It's been really hard on my family -- harder than anything."

But Dina says Lindsay's over it now and putting her life back together: "I really think she was at a maturation level that she now understands what she needs to get from it. And she grasps that."

What better way to spend your birthday than with David Letterman! Birthday girl Paris Hilton stopped by the Late Show to chat about her "amazing relationship" with Cy Waits, growing her empire and her plans to have kids.

She tells Dave, "I think having kids is the meaning of life."

The 30-year-old heiress was also there to promote the Paris App for iPhones in which the user can snap a picture of themselves ... and Paris appears in the shot. After the host gets his picture taken, he takes a few jabs at Paris' beau Cy Waits who was just off-camera.

Letterman says to Paris, "I wonder what the boyfriend thinks of this shot. Mr. Big Shot back there in his Members Only jacket." Speaking of Cy, check out this sexy smooch outside of Letterman's studios. Get a room!

We knew she wouldn't stay locked up inside her Venice Beach home forever!

Lindsay FINALLY went out to get her party on last night, following her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson to their old stomping grounds - Teddy's nightclub at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

Linds arrived in her rented Porsche at 1:45 am to the parking lot of the hotel, looking for Sam. Our photographer tells us:

"It was like old Lindsay -- she was desperate to find Sam. She jumped out of her car and ran into the hotel all nervous and wired."

Then, whadaya know -- Lindsay emerges with Sam and the couple get into Sam's BMW to head home to their matching two-story homes by the beach. Why'd they ride together and leave Lindsay's luxury rental in the VIP spot at the Roosevelt? A source who was inside the hotel last night (this morning) tells us:

"Lindsay didn't seem straight. She didn't need to be behind the wheel and Sam always takes car of Lindsay no matter what. Even though they aren't officially dating right now, Sam feels a responsibility for Lindsay so she told Lindsay she'd drive her home. Sam definitely feels like Lindsay is clinging and kind of stalking, but Sam loves her regardless and will always be there for her."

After jail time, a stint in rehab and now another threat of time behind bars, why isn't Lindsay ready to settle down and quit her wild ways?
