Lindsay’s been sent to jail before, so February 23 could be déjà vu all over again for the troubled star ... unless the judge decides to cut her a break.

We spoke with Los Angeles Criminal Defense Lawyer, Barry Sands who has extensive experience in cases like La Lohan's. He tells X17online exclusively, anything can happen on February 23.

Sands reveals:

"Lindsay Lohan will likely enter a plea bargain in this instance, but this is a probation violation, and jail is always a possibility in a felony case. If there were one charge or ten on the table, the defendant could still plead openly in court. It's completely up to the judge, no matter what the DA wants for Lindsay. Cutting a deal with the judge removes the DA from the bargain, and if you plead openly you have a good chance of not going to jail. It's anyone's guess what will happen on February 23, but the judge in this case is very stern, and she's been to jail before so at this point, it's all up to the judge.

It sounds like the judge could potentially send Lohan back to jail, but we're still banking on the Mean Girls star entering a plea deal so she can ditch the slammer.

Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told CNN Thursday:

"Ms. Lohan maintains her innocence, and now that I've seen the police reports, I believe the case is entirely defensible. Having said that, we will entertain a discussion concerning a plea if it means no jail so that she can move forward with her recovery and her career."

Whatever happens on February 23 one thing’s for sure; the whole world will be waiting to discover Lohan's outcome … and watching to see what she’ll wear to court next.

The redheaded beauty was in Paris with her actor hubby to support Men's creator Matthew Weiner, who was there to accept the Vermeil medal for cultural and other contributions to society at Paris' City Hall. Congrats!

It looks like Hendricks brought a whole lot of stuff overseas for the event, but when you've got several fancy Paris parties to go to, how can you not? Luckily the beautiful actress' hubby Geoffrey Arend was there to take over the load and handle her stuff.

It's been almost three months since Tony Parker and Eva Longoria announced their split, but it sounds like the San Antonio Spurs basketball player isn't letting the divorce get him down.

The NBA star recently opened up to French radio station Europe1, confessing:

"I've been really lucky in life. I've got super family, friends – that's what's most important. When you look around with what's going on in the world – with sick children, people in real difficulties – I have no right to complain. [Divorce] was hard but life goes on. Like anyone else, I've learned that life is full of experiences, and you learn from your mistakes. And go on. No one's perfect. It's never easy."

As a 28-year-old basketball player in the NBA we really don't think he'll have too much of a problem moving on. The pair was only married three years and he was about 25 at the time, which in our opinion, is a bit too early for a professional sports player to get married.

Longoria seems to be keeping a positive outlook as well. On Wednesday, the Desperate Housewives to her Twitter, revealing:

"Starting over is hard to do but life goes on. I pray for strength, courage and wisdom on my new journey."

We wish them both the best as they begin their new lives apart.

This morning a cheerful Christina Aguilera was spotted taking her three-year-old son Max to father Jordan Bratman's new house in Santa Monica. Though it was reported that Bratman refused to move out of the former couple's Beverly Hills mansion earlier this month, sources tell X17online that he finally found a place of his own a few days ago.

Aguilera and Bratman filed their final divorce papers yesterday, and the two also reached a settlement in court. Both parents will share joint custody of Max, and it's being reported that Jordan got more money than he thought he would out of his ex-wife.

Our photographers on the scene tell X17online exclusively that Jordan and Christina were "very cordial" with each other, but Max had a little bit of separation anxiety when Xtina took off! It's good to see these two are keeping it amicable -- after seeing what Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry are going through with their custody battle, it could have been a lot uglier!

Adam Lambert was spotted at the Avalon last night for Usher's concert, and a nutty partygoer may have tried to clock Jamie Foxx in the face, but no one was messing with the former American Idol alum!

So what does Mr. Lambert think of his Grammy nomination? The star told Ellen DeGeneres, "I think I made a noise higher than in any song I have on my album!"

David Arquette is loving life as a clean and sober guy! The 39-year-old Scream 4 star took a stroll to enjoy the beautiful sunny weather in Los Angeles and flashed us a sexy smile, too!

Just last week, Arquette partied with the Black Eyed Peas at their Peapod Foundation event and the star remained sober, according to Us. Courteney Cox's estranged husband hung out in the VIP area ... and reportedly stayed completely away from liquor.

Arquette checked into rehab on January 2 to get a handle on personal struggles. The star had revealed on Howard Stern's radio show that he had been heavily drinking to cope with his split from Courteney. David checked out of rehab last month, and so far, it looks like he's on a successful road to recovery.

Last night Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits stepped out of their car in style and headed inside the Avalon for Usher's special performance, and the heiress was also joined by her sister Nicky and several other close pals. Paris didn't tweet anything about the scuffle that occurred inside, but she did post a few pictures from the show, so the drama certainly didn't put a damper on her evening!

This isn't anywhere near as naughty as her S&M video, and that's the main reason we're digging it!
