Christina Aguilera's friends and staff are apparently so worried about her out-of-control drinking that they want to sit her down and convince her to seek treatment at a rehab facility, according to a report.

"Christina's drinking has some of her friends worried," a source tells In Touch. "She seems to be getting out of control, and her friends want her to get PROFESSIONAL help. The past few weeks, her partying has escalated," the source revealed. "If she is drinking until she passes out, that's NOT good."

Christina reportedly passed out in Jeremy Renner's bed during the actor's 40th birthday party on January 8th.

Her staff is similarly concerned and wants to stage an intervention.

"They wanted to talk to her carefully about the issue, but they're not going to because they are scared after she threatened to fire them," another source tells the NY Post.

And apparently, they've got good reason to worry. Christina apparently fired her house manager, assistant and publicity team in a fit after an unflattering photo spread of her then-baby Max was published in 2008.

Yet, "her people desperately want this to come out so she will get help."

However, another source says that this is just a rumor being perpetuated by a disgruntled employee and that Christina is just going through a tough time in her life after splitting with husband Jordan Bratman.

Christina apologized for last night's national anthem flub at the Super Bowl, saying "I got so caught up in the moment of the song that I lost my place. I can only hope that everyone could feel my love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem still came through."

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi went for a joy ride in their Porsche over the weekend, and the ladies looked like they were enjoying the warm weather on Super Bowl Sunday.

Ellen recently revealed on her show that she's relieved to be off of American Idol, as it didn't feel like the right fit. "I'm glad I don't have to do that anymore. It's so hard to tell people that they aren't good," she said. "Every time I tried to think of some funny way, or some kind of way, to say it and I don't have any of that pressure anymore."

Even though their split landed Sadie Frost in the psychiatric ward, it seems as if ex-spouses Jude Law and Frost are totally friendly now.

The former couple took their daughter Iris out for a stroll in North London on Monday.

Sadie recently wrote a book about the tumultuous times after their breakup, called Crazy Days, which caused a rift between the two. Jude took her to court in an attempt to block the publication of photos of their children, but they eventually agreed on the content, and Frost reportedly removed the images and some passages that Law had taken offense to.

But clearly all is behind them now and it looks like they're getting along just fine!

The trailers for THOR and Captain America: The First Avenger aired during the Super Bowl last night, and we're having a tough time deciding which shirtless superhero is our favorite! Chris Evans bulked up big time to play Steve Rogers (aka Captain America), but Chris Hemsworth is giving him a run for his money in the deltoid department.

Dana Carvey brought the laughs, and the Church Lady skit, back to NBC's Saturday Night Live over the weekend. The target of Carvey's insults ... Kim Kardashian and her butt!

Carvey's alter ego, the Church Lady, addressed the ladies as "the holy trinity of sluts." When joking about the nude W Magazine cover, the Kim character says, "I didn't want to do it -- they tricked me."



The Church Lady goes on to describe Kim's butt shot "like a photo of the earth taken from space with a butt crack the length of the prime meridian."

After publicly announcing her disappointment with W Magazine's decision to publish her naked cover, Ms. Kardashian changed her mind saying, "Looking back, I love the photos. W Magazine is iconic so I'm really happy that I did it and that those are the photos."

The tough-as-nails trainer for The Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels has already announced she was leaving the hit show at the end of season 11 to start a family, and now it seems like the wheels are already in motion for her to adopt a child from Africa.

Of the complicated adoption process, Michaels said, “I’ve completed all of my paperwork; I’ve had all my physicals; I’ve been checked by the FBI – you have no idea!" The trainer went on to tell Access Hollywood, “Now I wait for a referral. That could be anywhere from six months to a year. I’m in a pilot program for the Democratic Republic of Congo so we’ll see."

Michaels said that she's going to be taking the next year off to concentrate on her quest to become a mother. “I’d like to take a year off of television and really focus on ... that and hopefully becoming a mother in the next year and putting all my energy into that for awhile." But Jillian won't be taking a permanent vacation from the cameras, because she hopes to go "back to TV later in 2012.”

As for whether she'd prefer a boy or girl, Michaels said, "I’m 36! Do you hear the clock? It doesn’t matter!”

Katy Perry has been touring the world to promote her new fragrance Purr, and the pop starlet rocked a sparkly lavender frock when we snapped her in Spain over the weekend.

So what did Mrs. Russell Brand think of Glee's rendition of her hit single "California Gurls" last night? She tweeted, "#GLEEEEEEEEEEEEEE #WEEEEEEEE!", so it seems like she's just as thrilled about this as she was with Darren Criss' performance of "Teenage Dream" earlier this season.
