One of our fave books is about to come to life on the big screen, and after months of checking out their on-set photos, the Water For Elephants movie poster has just been released, which means it's that much closer to hitting theaters!

We can't emphasize enough how excited we are to see Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon's on-screen chemistry in this epic film. The romance/affair between their characters in the book is pretty intense.

The Lohan family has asked power attorney Lisa Bloom to help Lindsay deal with the recent accusations claiming she stole a $2,500 necklace.

Bloom tells X17online exclusively:

"I was asked to see Lindsay at the request of the Lohan family. Something is fishy about this story. It doesn't sit right with me. I want to get to the bottom of it. I find it hard to believe that Lindsay would steal a necklace worth a couple thousands dollars. I'm very sympathetic toward her position."

Bloom has represented Michael in the past but the two dissolved their relationship back in September after helping him through much of Lindsay's legal troubles.

It is presumed Bloom is consulting Lindsay in case charges are filed against the actress for the alleged theft of $2,500 worth of jewelry from a local Venice jeweler. A source close to Lindsay tells us Bloom has NOT yet been retained by Lindsay to represent her, however.

A spokesperson for the district attorney's office says no decision will be made this week regarding charges, but the LAPD has submitted their case to the D.A.'s office.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry are currently engaged in a very bitter and public battle for the custody of their 2-and-half-year-old daughter Nahla, and we just snapped the little girl being dropped off at her dad's Hollywood home.

Nahla appeared to be doing just fine, but sources tell People that this hasn't always been the case, which is what apparently caused Halle to be concerned with the child's well-being.

The drama started around Christmas when Nahla reportedly became "hysterical" after Aubry came to pick her up for a scheduled visit. A source tells the mag, "She was crying and kicking and screaming. She was hanging onto her mother's legs so she didn't have to go." According to the source, when Berry tried to calm down her daughter, Aubry grew impatient and "forced [Nahla] into the car." Berry was extremely upset about the incident, and it was at that point that her friendly relationship with her ex became ugly.

Aubry has fired back, saying that he is "disappointed in Halle's decision to falsely malign him publicly", and a source close to Aubry added, "Those who know Gabriel well fortunately don't believe a thing about what is being said. This is a very difficult time for Gabriel. He doesn't need this right now."

Julia Roberts is in negotiations for the role of evil queen in The Brothers Grimm: Snow White.

The Pretty Woman star has not offically landed the role, however according to Deadline, the $20 million dollar actress is meeting with director Tarsem Singh to nail out the details.

Producer Brett Ratner says the movie will have a dark tone and be shot in 3-D. Sounds way different from Disney's original.

In other Snow White news, Kristen Stewart is being considered for another version called Snow White and the Huntsman.

Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony were spotted returning to their NYC hotel last night after a romantic dinner date, and though Marc kept it casual, the American Idol judge was dressed to the nines. Looks like she's going to have to bust out another fancy outfit this weekend, as her rep confirmed to Lifeline Live that President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama invited her to watch the Super Bowl with them!

"I can't believe it!" Lopez told Extra yesterday. "I don't know, maybe that's why I don't want to talk about it. I don't even feel like it's real!"
