It sounds like she's got some scene-stealing one-liners, and a captivating storyline involving Neil Patrick Harris. Will they make-out?

The owner of Kamofie & Company in Venice, California claims Lindsay Lohan stole a $2,500 necklace from their store after a recent shopping spree, and now X17online has spoken to the retailer about the incident.

Lohan wouldn't comment on the matter when we saw her at the Santa Monica Courthouse this morning, but an employee at Kamofie & Company tells X17online exclusively, "We aren't going to comment about the incident because we are letting the police handle it."

LAPD Pacific Division obtained a warrant to search Lohan's house, but a source close to the starlet tells X17 that one of her representatives returned the item of jewelry yesterday. "It was understood that she was allowed to wear the necklace for a certain period of time and return it -- that was always the deal," the source says. "She didn't steal anything and she returned it immediately when they asked for it back."

Last night red hot Rumer Willis hit Trousdale, and it looks like she was the only lady in her entourage. Not like it's a problem, but you'd think Bruce and Demi's daughter would want a wing woman ... guess not!

Rumer, who debuted her ad campaign for Badgley Mischka last month, is currently shooting The Diary of Preston Plummer, which has her playing a more serious role than she has in the past. The film's Facebook page sums up the plot as a story of boy meets girl, but with some complications, writing, "Preston Plummer cannot think of a single thing he really loves. Adrift, Preston follows a beautiful but troubled young woman to a small island town where he begins to fall for her, but it all threatens to fall apart when he uncovers her family’s dark past."

This sounds like a big step up from Sorority Row!

Ryan Seacrest's gorgeous gal, strutting her stuff in a tree, sports her milk mustache next to the caption: "With 9 essential nutrients, drinking lowfat milk can help you look and feel your best, empowering you to reach for the stars!"

Kourtney and Kim Take New York is a big hit on E!, but unfortunately for star Scott Disick, he's not recognizable to everyone.

While Kourtney's beau was grabbing some java at Coffee Bean in Calabasas, a visiting Texan lady was determined to find out who he was ... and why photographers wanted his picture.

After she asks, "Who are you?" ... Scott responds, "Nobody special."

Even after the woman finds out who he is, and manages to mispronounce his name, she realizes that his response was pretty accurate.

Lindsay Lohan met with her probation officer in Santa Monica this morning, and though she looked angelic in head to toe white, she was just accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry retailer in Venice.

Lohan wouldn't comment on the matter, but a source close to the actress tells X17online that the necklace in question has already been returned. The police obtained a warrant to search Lohan's house, so they were definitely serious about recovering the item, and if Lindsay hadn't given it back it sounds like she could be in quite a bit of hot water. The last thing she needs right now is more legal drama, so we're glad she resolved this issue before it landed her back in court!

Mel Gibson's anti-Semitic slurs aimed at a traffic cop back in July 2006 were a "death by cop" suicide attempt by the actor, according to Vanity Fair. At the time, Gibson told the officer, "Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world."

The infamous DUI incident took place after Gibson split from wife of 26 years, Robyn. The actor reportedly felt "he had failed."

Gibson's friend tells VF,

"He felt that he had just absolutely failed as a human being. Mel was trying to invite death by cop. I don't think this was being anti-Semitic. I think he was trying to rile that guy into pulling out a gun and shooting him. I believe what was going on that night was a farewell."

The 55-year-old actor has since been accused of abusing his estranged girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. In return, Gibson has accused his ex of a multi-million dollar extortion plot.
