Matt Lauer is not having an easy time after being fired from Today for sexual harassment, People reports.

"He is weak and broken and ashamed by his own admission. He is my friend. He is human, and he is flawed. But is he going to use his power to be a predator on women? Until I see solid evidence of that, I just can’t believe it. We don’t know the details," a colleague told the mag.

"The reason people are so upset and people are crying on our staff, which is like 80 percent women, is because he was really loved and treated people really well. And it’s shocking to think that there could be this side," they added.

Someone who might not be so shocked? Lauer's wife Annette Roque. Since the scandal broke, the couple haven't been wearing their wedding rings, and Roque's father Henri told the Daily Mail that his daughter plans on filing for divorce.

"She is not going to stay with him and work it out. They are not together trying to work it out. I have no words for her husband. What he has done is bad. Everybody feels betrayed," he told the outlet from his home in Amsterdam.

In a new development that's gotta sting, the Today show is dominating morning ratings, and they're already eyeing Craig Melvin as a replacement for the disgraced TV anchor.

Beyonce made a rare appearance to present Colin Kaepernick with the Muhammed Ali award at last night's Sports Illustrated's Sportsperson of the Year Awards, and the singer didn't hold back on her praise for the NFL star.

"Thank you Colin Kaepernick. Thank you for your selfless heart, and your conviction. Thank you for your personal sacrifice. Colin took action with no fear of consequence or repercussion only hope to change the world for the better. To change perception, to change the way we treat each other, especially people of color. Kaepernick doesn't take the honor lightly.

"I say this as a person who receives credit for using my platform to protest systemic oppression, racialized injustice, and the dire consequences of anti-blackness in America. I accept this award not for myself, but on behalf of the people. Because if it were not for my love of the people, I would not have protested. And if it was not for the support from the people, I would not be on this stage today. With or without the N.F.L.’s platform, I will continue to work for the people because my platform is the people," he said during his acceptance speech.

Time magazine has named "The Silence Breakers" as their "Person of the Year," and that list includes Rose McGowan, Taylor Swift, and Ashley Judd.

"The people who have broken their silence on sexual assault and harassment span all races, all income classes, all occupations and virtually all corners of the globe. Their collective anger has spurred immediate and shocking results. For their influence on 2017, they are TIME’s Person of the Year," they wrote on their website.

And it began with individual acts of courage by hundreds of women — and men too — who came forward to tell their own stories of sexual harassment and assault,” Time’s editor-in-chief Edward Felsenthal said on Today.

"One of the important things we explore in our coverage is … we look at the degree to which this is really just the beginning and how far it will go, how deep into the country, how long-lasting. The image that you see partially on the cover is of a woman we talked to, a hospital worker in the middle of the country, who doesn’t feel like she can come forward without threatening her livelihood," he continued.

McGowan and Judd got the ball rolling by exposing Harvey Weinstein's sexual misconduct, and were followed by countless other women. Taylor Swift took a stand against sexual harassment by testifying against DJ David Mueller, who she claims grabbed her butt during a meet-and-greet after one of her concerts.

"Even though awareness is higher than ever about workplace sexual harassment, there are still so many people who feel victimized, afraid and silenced by their abusers and circumstances. When the jury found in my favor, the man who sexually assaulted me was court-ordered to give me a symbolic $1. To this day he has not paid me that dollar, and I think that act of defiance is symbolic in itself. My advice is that you not blame yourself and do not accept the blame others will try to place on you. You should not be blamed for waiting 15 minutes or 15 days or 15 years to report sexual assault or harassment, or for the outcome of what happens to a person after he or she makes the choice to sexually harass or assault you,”T-Swizz told the mag.

Angelina Jolie has revealed that she chose to make the relationship drama By The Sea with then-husband Brad Pitt in 2015 in hopes that it would facilitate communication in their own marriage, but it didn't quite go according to plan.

"We had met working together and we worked together well. I wanted us to do some serious work together, I thought it would be a good way for us to communicate. In the end, she has no regrets about making the movie, though.

"I’m glad we did that film because we did explore something together. Whatever it was, maybe it didn’t solve certain things, but we did communicate something that needed to be communicated to each other," she hinted.

He's ready to tell his side of the story.

Billy Bush opened up for the first time about that now infamous "grab them by the p*ssy" Access Hollywood tape with Donald Trump that got him fired on Stephen Colbert last night, and the former Today show host revealed that his disgraced former colleague Matt Lauer actually tried to save his job after the clip went public during the election.

"We had a conversation about that and he told me that he went privately to the bosses and took that line. I said I appreciated it and thanked him. I will say I would have liked to address the audience," he confessed about Lauer to the talk show host.

So why didn't Bush change the subject, when he knew the "locker room talk" could jeopardize his career?

"Trump liked TV and competition. I could've said "Can you believe the ratings" on whatever? But I didn't have the strength to do it. If I had thought there was a man detailing a sexual assault strategy to me I would have contacted the FBI and not just brought it to the attention of my producers. Everybody had to kiss the ring of Donald because he was making the big money for NBC at the time," he explained.

He's not a fan of the POTUS anymore, either!

"Last week, for some reason, he came out with "that's not my voice on the tape.' Like I said, you can't say that. That is your voice. I was there, you were there, that is your voice on the tape," he quipped.

He doesn't understand how our President isn't facing the same consequences as he, Lauer, and countless others have.

"You've got 20 women, who used their names. We've got powerful people being held accountable and sometimes there's anonymous sources. All of these women came out with their names and told their detailed accounts. As I read these I said, 20 women don't get together and say, 'You know what would be fun? Let's take down a powerful guy together.' No they don't. You're opening wounds on them, too. Enough's enough. Stop playing around with people's lives," he vented.

As far as Today goes, the mood has really soured on set since Lauer's firing.

"Savannah [Guthrie] is devastated. She and Matt were really close. They knew Matt was flirty and playful and may have had relationships over the years, but what they knew of those relationships was that they were consensual and they weren’t aware they went beyond that,” a source dished to Us Weekly.

"Execs treated it as if Matt had died. It was very somber. The usual editorial meetings that have about 30 or so people were now 200 people because execs were addressing the situation with everyone. They were transparent and opened the floor to questions," the source added.

What an all-around mess!

Ever since, there has been bad blood between them - pun intended! - and a lot of songs off TS's new album Reputation allude to their spat.

In typical fashion, Tay Tay indirectly responded to Kimmy's catty move with a clever play on words. "I never trust a narcissist But they love me..." she wrote on her social media account.

This is getting almost as old as her feud with Katy Perry! Let's just move on, people, and stop giving them the attention they're craving!
