David Arquette, who entered into a rehabilitation facility roughly one month ago due to "alcohol and other issues," is now out after completing treatment. "He has completed his treatment and has left," Arquette's rep confirms.

Arquette and wife Courteney Cox announced in October they had separated and the funnyman was seen out partying regularly after that date.
