Nadya "Octomom" Suleman is speaking out on her fetish video that's been circulating on the internet. The mother of fourteen says she was duped with the video's release!

Suleman tells our X17 videographer exclusively:

"I didn't want any of that out because that was before I had management in October."

While many are under the impression that Octomom pocketed loads of cash for the bondage video, she clears up that rumor. After revealing that the owner of the video tricked her, Nadya adds:

"I don't know how much he made for it, but I made zero dollars."

Welcome to Hollywood, Ms. Suleman. On a brighter note, she tells us her book is just about done. Sounds like it's going to be a page turner!

Katie Holmes and Channing Tatum play a happily married couple until drama enters their life in the thriller The Son of No One.

In the movie, which will be closing this year's Sundance Film Festiveal, Tatum plays a cop who uncovers a secret that could tear apart his family.

We love seeing Ms. Holmes, 32, play such a dramatic role. It's a far cry from her part in the upcoming Adam Sandler comedy Jack & Jill.

The Son of No One, also starring Al Pacino, premieres next Friday.

Jesse James has only been with Kat Von D for five months, and now that the two are engaged, he's telling the world that he's completely in love with the tattoo artist.

Last night before going to bed, James tweeted:

"Epic day comes to an end. Closing my eyes to dream about [Kat]."

A twitter friend then asked the biker, "Isn't she the most beautiful girl in the world?" James replied, "Yes, she is."

Kat, 28, will be the 41-year-old biker's fourth wife. The tatted beauty was previously married to Oliver Peck, also a tattoo artist.

Cy Waits, Paris Hilton's beau, is facing three criminal charges stemming from his Las Vegas arrest on August 27th last year.

The former Vegas nightclub manager was pulled over, along with Hilton, outside of the Wynn Hotel and Casino. According to the police report, Waits had alcohol on his breath, bloodshot eyes and was wobbling during his DUI test. At the time the couple was pulled over, Waits was arrested for driving under the influence and Hilton for cocaine possession.

The arresting office also wrote, "I could smell marijuana coming out of the vehicle, pulled up to passenger side and driver stated he just got done smoking."

Vegas prosecutors have filed a criminal complaint charging Paris' boyfriend with the following counts: felony under the influence of a controlled substance-marijuana and two misdemeanors, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

If found guilty, Waits could spend up to four years in prison. Hilton is currently serving one year probation.
